Christopher Dardin really put the prosecution in a hole when he came up with the idea for OJ to try on the glove. If he would not have had on a latex glove it would have been easier to put on but he used the latex glove to his advantage.

Wouldn't have mattered but yes, it was a mistake.


The only way it wasn't a mistake is if the prosecution had thought this is our last chance to convince the jury so let's go all in. They revealed in their books published later they didn't have such mindset.

The prosecution did a horrendous job presenting its case, as Marcia Clark and Chris Darden were about as inept as is humanly possible.  Asking OJ to try on a glove that obviously shrunk in the outdoor elements was a gift to Johnny Cockroach and his team of sleaze balls.    

Even though it was obvious OJ commited the murders, the prosecution IN NO WAY presented beyond a reasonable doubt that he committed the crimes, thus the right verdict was reached.

Later, OJ was found guilty due to a much better civil attorney, but the free of jail, low-life never paid any restitution to the victim's families like he was ordered to do.  

However, the stupid, worthless piece of human flesh got his comeuppance when he screwed around in Nevada.  Now justice is prevailing, and he is rotting in jail like he would have years ago if the prosecution had done their job correctly the first go around.

Bingo.  It's not OJ's fault he wasn't convicted.  The bungling prosecution gave the jury an out and they took it.  Happens ALL the time.

I remember it as much for the media frenzy as anything else.  I would argue that it was the TV event of the 90's..   which made me think of what would be the "top" TV events of each of the last 5 decades.

  Some seem obvious some not so much...  60's   Man on the moon,   70's---  Wateregate??  Munich Olympics?  80's--  Berlin Wall?   90's--  O.J.  or Desert Storm??,    2000's--  911,  2010's  Japanese Tsunami

I was in downtown Chicago the day the verdict came down.  The whole city just stopped at noon to hear the news.  It was beyond surreal.

The Juice was found not guilty or murder. For whatever reasons you believe he should or shouldn't of been found guilty, only two things are certain
1. Ron and Nicole are dead and are never coming back to tell people exactly who killed them.
2. OJ will never be tried again for the murders of Ron and Nicole. 

Get over it people, its over.  

However since someone brought it up, why not "reflect" on how far race relations have come in the last 15 years since one of the
 worst here crimes in US History. 

How any white people can detest a race that strongly that you can tie a black man behind a pick up truck and literally drag his body on the street until his head and arm were severed from his body. 

Then to add more insult the 4 rednecks drove his lifeless torso another mile before dumping it in a cemetery. While you guys are busy with the race crap imagine if someone of another race than you did this to your loved ones.

What is your point? You have one incident of extreme white on black crime with the James Byrd incident but for every Byrd incident that happens you have 10 black on white hate crimes that just go on without anything being said.

This crime is still worse than what happened to Byrd and got nowhere near the exposure that the Byrd crime got. Why? Because the victims were white. And we all know that black on white crime happens so frequently that it just isn't news anymore.

But rather than going back and forth with you please show me one place that provides statistics that for every white hate crime against blacks there are 10 blacks against whites. Just one source and I will send you 1,000 through PayPal absolutely no questions asked. 

You couldn't be further from the truth and once I get the chance to actually show you the statistics of white hate crimes I certainly hope you are man enough to admit you were wrong.

So if white hate groups are everywhere, where are all of the hate crimes that they are committing? Most of those white supremacist groups are cowards anyways and do nothing but talk a big game.

You want a source for my claims? Check the news. Unfortunately the Liberal news is too scared to admit that the majority of black on white crimes are in fact hate crime, but so quick to jump on a white for wronging a black. You cannot deny this.

So yeah your stats may show something different, and your stats may favor what you believe, but that is only because of the fear of the black race. The news loves to stir them up, but fears to piss them off.

That horrific story that I posted of the couple that was mutilated, tortured, sexually abused, and then killed had to be a hate crime right? Nope, not according to the news.

Although I won't be so bold to say that the ratio is 10-1 I will try to put crod's point in more clear concise terms. The ratio of white on black hate crimes will always seem way higher than vice versa b/c crimes against whites (even by other races) are rarely classified as hate crimes. I'm not saying there are more either way just making a point.

@King - Seriously, don't bother with him. He's beyond lost.
