Hard to say about the line because these two teams have been up and down this year. Which UCLA team shows up? The one who beat Texas or the one who got shut out by Stanford?  The same is true for Cal. They held a very potent Arizona offense to 9 points and won, but gave up 52 to Nevada the week before and lost.

I like Cal here. They've had an extra week to prepare, which is huge considering that UCLA's QBs are so ineffective they can key on the run. They're at home, too, which is worth a few points, especially in a rivalry game. They're also 3-1 vs. the spread.

UCLA has the 10th best rushing offense in the country, but Cal is only giving up 126 yards a game on the ground, and I'll take defense over offense in this situation. On the other side of the ball, I question UCLA's defensive capabilities after Washington State scored 28 on them. WSU didn't even score that many vs. Montana State in their only win of the year so far.
