Texas Tech will keep this game close and Sheffield will throw all over Nebraska Secondary.

    How do you think sheffield is gonna do any of that when SUH  is knocking him on his ass every time he tries to pass ?

A few more thoughts: Tech leads the country in yards per play average, but they average 1.3 yards less on the road.

Nebraska's D ranks in the Top 10 in passing yards allowed per play.

Tech is dead last in penalties per game. And they have a negative turnover margin. Big red flags for a tough road game.

Going with Nebraska. Looking for the public to push this down to 10 or under.

Gentlemen... With all of the focus on the other TX team, TXTECH is the play Saturday. My book has them at +10.5. Tech's D could have their worst game of the year this week, but their offense will keep them in this.
 
To compare Tech's O to Missouri's O against NEB is such an irrational comparison. Especially given the fact that Nebraska's D faced a Missouri O that was battling torential rain. I'm not saying Nebraska doesn't win that game against Missouri with the sun out and birds churping, but the comparison is commical.
 
TXTECH may win outright, but I expect them to lose on their last possesion. None the less, 10.5 is just too much in a big 12 game between two competitive teams. 
 
My pick is TECH +10.5. If you're really worried about TECH, tease em with TX. You shouldn't need to, but if you like both games you can make one large play and enjoy the cushion.

TT plus the points, everbody and their mother is on Nebraska. Take the 10+ points and enjoy a winner. Game will be decided late.

 Huskers - husker nation is worried after getting buried by tech today, as well they should be.  Husker offense has serious issues (which was shown at va tech, mizzou, and now here) - expect qb green to play a lot more (if not start next week).  QB lee is not the guy, the offensive line sucks something terrible. The D is solid (held tech to 234 passing yards), but they could only do so much today - the offense has no identity, and the money train came to a grinding halt today...future husker backers should reconsider...this was a bad, bad loss today.

What a great road win for my Red Raiders!  I expected them to be there in the end but to dominate the game was a shocker.
