Mannix that looks like a damn good play.  I think Old Joe might lay the lumber to the cuse early and let the freshman QB get some time in.
 
Like the first half line of 14.......GL get it while its hot......or white and blue;

Watch out for the cuse. They have a new attitude up on the hill. Should be closer than 4 td's. Paulus did not throw the ball deep much vs. minny so look for paulus to mike williams to stretch the field.

love PSU here, Cuse had home crowd and made a game of it will not be the same atmosphere in Happy Valley...JoePA complained all week about poor execution and that is what they will do here to the Orange 51-10

Like PSU here at home.  Syracuse way over their heads in this mismatch.  Hate to give that many points but the athletes are at too different levels in this game.  Medium play due to the 4 TD spread in an early game.

  Paulus can't throw a deep ball....he threw one TD on a busted play..and it was a 29 yarder...and that ball didn't go 29 yards and it still floated in....i saw another attempt well underthrown...he didn't seem to scramble well either....19 completions, 167 yards...that is garbage...2 yard dumps won't get cuse anywhere in this game.  Minnesota Defensive Cordinator did NOT make any in-game adjustments to help them vs. that horse shit offense...

A Big time team like PSU will smother this....IN happy valley....wooooahhh.  once he gets sacked hard, no complaining to the ref's for a flagrant.....

I couldn't have said it better.....I said it would be 30-0 at half last week...and was right...but I didnt expect to get shut out 2nd half...this time I wont be so unlucky....I love that score of 51-10

After getting totally burned last week by Penn St., I will stay away from this one........either take the first half line or don't touch it.  If Joe is up big, he will call the dogs off in the second half again like he did last week against Akron!!

Penn St scoreless in 2nd half week 1.....Orange win with smoke and mirrors against a Minny team that thought they didn't need to show up to win.....Lions have big first half this week and D locks down on Paulus with a huge pass rush....Look for Lions to force turnovers for points.....

Good call Mannix. Penn St 1st Half is the way to go and Florida 1st Half against Troy as well.

Penn State screwed up a good weekend for me last week, they left too many points on the field and failed to cover against an inferior team.  Syracuse is probably better than Akron so I am going against PSU this weekend.  I dont expect them to win by more than 21 against Syracuse.

Yea me too! Up 31-0 at the half and get outscored the 2nd half. Bad loss for State backers.

 Penn State at the half here. Stay away from public dogs, which this is. I dont think Syracuse will score  a TD on PSU defense.

This Paulus kid a trooper. Reminds me of Doug Flutie, as far as the underdog story goes. But this game isn't about him, it's about that Syracuse defense. I thought that they did well against a Junior QB in Weber who has tremendous upside. Not to mention pretty much shutting down Decker.
 
PSU on the other hand look at times like the offense wasn't insync and sometimes sputtered. With Clark trying to to do much. You could tell that they wanted to blow Akron out of Beaver stadium, but couldn't quite get it down.
 
I like Cuse here with the points. PSU could not get it done against a lowly MAC team in Akron, and I like what the Cuse defense showed. A lot of poise, character, and toughness.
