This is getting good. All this over a game. I f the game is this good, then I can't wait! Just so you know, rickmatthews, i think saberjake meant "lame" with an m not an n. That question was kind of hard core for a second post. Confronting a post master right away. You sure don't waste any time jumping into the fire!
 
Good luck to you on whatever your picks may be. But everyone is wrong sometimes. Kind of lighten up baby. i'm sure you'll be wrong once or twice too, and you certainly ain't gonna want somebody who just joins the site to question how much you lost as a result of your post. Hell I lost so much money on the Miami Dolphins/New England under last weekend that I had to hit the crap table for almost 3 hours to get my money back. Fuck it, homes. Shit happens. 
 
What can you do? Study some more on the Winning Edge, read the Gold Sheet, flip a coin, ask your girlfriend to pick a team whatever (she'll always pick the one with the handsome quarterback or receivers, or her favorite color uniforms anyway). Hey man whatever works. Your bank account will tell you what you can and can't do.

Let me start this off by saying I am a HUGE Trojan fan!  That being said, you just can't play them with a first year QB on the road.  USC is 3-4 against the spread.  Bet them and you will lose, it is that simple.

Take what ever money,mortgage,stocks and bounds and bet SC ON THE MONEY LINE.We know that Notre Dame is not good football team this year,but they were getting better.The last few games they actually scored some points and thier defense actually stop a few teams.I teased the SC AT ND game 6.5 giving ND THE POINTS WITH A 3 TEAM TEASER.The reason i gave Nd points was based on them playing better,playing at home and the rivalry along with the fact that the number 2 team in the country had a hard time putting away the Irish at South Bend.Boston College beta ND ...what was the score? 31-17 or something like that?Folks SC is healthy on the defense side of the ball and offense side.They have s.johnson back and now the other rb ...whats hsi name McKnight is in the mix.He's running back punts and from the line of scrimmage.The OUACKS QUACKS HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS ATTACK ,BUT SC HAS SEEN THEY'RES.GET THE MONEY....SO.CAL IS THE ONLY PLAY VS THESE CHOKERS.

dude mortgages stocks and whatever money where do you git off been sew confident on you're first post just because usc has a lots of talent and they will probably eventually put it all together?  Just kidding man, trying to join in the fun!!!!  If you have to play this game, seems like a logical pick, buy Eugene is tough.

First of all, thanks for turning the caps-lock off.  Nobody said anything about feelings being hurt.  And 3rd grade IS the time to use all caps. It may be easier to type but it's hard as hell to read, especially when you scan posts as we all have to do.  No one has time to read every word.

Second of all, notice we're on the same side here -- USC.

All we have to go by on these threads are words, so use 'em wisely.  Words and silly little icons.      

Back to the game -- check me on this, but wasn't USC an underdog to Michigan in the Rose Bowl last year?  That worked out pretty well for them as I recall...

The ducks got a great offense.They had that same offense in 2006,2005 as well.The defense stinks.They lost to Cal at HOME!! I guess that artichoke got caught in their THROATS!!!!

Artichoke?  What does that even mean?  Actually they did not have the same offense.  They have a new coordinator this year and barely run the same plays.  They still use the zone read, yes, but other than that, pretty different.  And if you think that Stewart and Dixon are the same as they were the last two years...you don't (how did you put it?) have a handle on this game.

VT is a no brainer, but I will watch that Rutgers game.  You have 3 picks this week?  I guess that is how you can bet the mortgage.

Read between the lines man,its part of the game that you lose your money every week on.By the way ....if you like they're offense so much..... bet on em.Didn't think so.

Didn't think what?  I know you haven't been betting your mortgage on your boy Pete.  There are very few people that could have bet their mortgage on USC this year.  Save your....oops, I mean YOU'RE...hyperbole for someone else!  YOU ARE NOT BETTING YOUR MORTGAGE ON USC!  You can sit in front of your computer all you want and pretend that you are making great plays.  Go ahead and bet your mortgage.  I know people at public housing that can help you.
