With the weather, the running game will be key and Pitt averages 1.5 yards more per carry. Late reverse line also interesting. Public is hitting the home dog but the line went up another half point.

Huge win with Cinti 1H, 2H and game yesterday and a small loss with the Phillies tonight. Teased Rutgers +13.5 and the under 53. Looking for a grind out running game in wet conditions. Rutgers can run and can also stop the run (5th in nation albeit with subpar competition, but Pitt is no juggernaut). Will look for a 2H play if things get out of hand. BOL

Didn't like the penalties that got this score up, but I still like my teaser +13.5 Rutgers and UNDER 53. No play 2H as my teaser shows greater value.  The 2H total is 23.5 and I can give up 24.
