Guys I love my PSU, but I'm having a hard time thinking they will stick around with this team.  The news around here today came out that they are giving second interview to Bradley and GB qb coach Clemmons.  Then the next breathe comes out saying that they are hiring NE Patroits Offense Cord. it just comes to working out the money and years.  If they are off coach I hope he will think about keeping some of the def coaches.

Yea definitely am taking Houston -7 large. BTW whoever this guy SHARP is an idiot all his football picks are terrible. If you want to make money look at his post and go the opposite.

You are an idiot.  Sharp has been around a hell of lot longer than you have and has a good record at calling games.  But you are the one that's an idiot when you have no idea what you are talking about

Houston made some $$ for me this season.  I don't think they are ready to compete with the big boys yet.  Lucky they lost to So. Miss for the CUSA championship game.  If they had won and went undefeated then got invited to play in a BCS bowl game, they would get slauthered like the other UH team.

Penn St has a decent defense to keep them in the game but they will be without two QBs.  Penn St will be using the grinding running game to keep Houston's offense on the bench.

Penn St +7.5 and under 56

Sharp your always on point! Too many lessers on these threads these days. Penn st 6-3 vs bowl teams. Hou 5-1 albeit against lesser type teams. Penn st and und for the large!

I saw U of H play at UNT this year and while they have some talent, they don't match up against Big Ten talent.  Penn St. is battle tested and has played quality teams, with losses vs. Alabama, Wisconsin, and Nebraska.  Houston's schedule was a joke and other than Tulsa, they beat up on chump teams.  Penn State's D can play with just about anyone and should be good enough to slow down Houston while their run game will be able to eat up some clock.  Across the board, Penn St. has more talent and will play sound football as usual and keep it close.  I think Penn St. stays within a touchdown and might pull off a squeaker late.

I hear you and I agree with you on some of your points...but, how do you explain the -7.5  open from Vegas...its not like this is PK...or that the public is completely on Houston...or the sharps on PSU...it opened at 7.5 and it is still there...

If Houston can slow down the PSU run and if Houston can get at least 24 points, then Houston wins...a cover is another story, but that's just one more TD on the model above that can score in a hurry...

Most of yu are bookies i bet . Penn states can barely put up points and now with the starting qb out a 2nd strings in. Houston has horrible defense and pass rush protection andthey're laying 7.5 . Best bet is teasing houston .

Normally I like what Shapr and Dr Dogs have to say but I am staying on Houston in this game and I think they win by 10. Penn State players didn't even want to come to the game, it's in Houstons back yard, Kennum's last game and a 2nd string qb starting for PSU. Hou 27-17

man ive seen this houston defense get gashed on the ground against big lines all year. Yes penn states offense sucks, but they do have a huge offensive line that outweighs houstons d line by an average of 65 lbs. . The only value i see in this game is penn state money line honestly. I Don't think houston is anywhere near a boise state and i think that gets shown today.

This post means nothing. They got destroyed at home with everything on the line against Southern miss, hardly a powerhouse team. Im not saying they wont win but the logic you're using means nothing in this game, there was much more on the line in the usm game.
