Gonna take the points. Miami beat V. Tech last week and Virginia earlier, 2 teams G. Tech lost to. If they can't run on Miami, they be in for a long night... GL to all

It might be hard to read but this is an interesting stat.....GT hasn't beat anyone by more than 4 pts since sept....against a week Miss St. team....and before that they only did it one other time......and that was jack. st......

I'm not playing the O/U in this match up. I think it will be close to the number. I would lean to the UNDER if I had to make a play.

Miami will find a way to get this done.......5 in a row......GT isn't all that good and are constantly involved in close ugly games.  I'll take Miami and the under.

Seems like everyone is on the Canes, you know what that means, Georgia Tech rolls in this one at home on TV.

We are again on the same side. 

I watched Mia play last week (vs. Vatech) and that offense look putrid. So many times in the r-zone and they come up empty (FGs) and they were at home.  Also, seems like Mia name still carrys some weight (they play decent and now they are 23rd ranked), these guys are not who they seem to be.  If Mia is that good, why are they D0gs by 4 to open and now has moved to 3 +105? with the public is all over them.

Also, a ranked team not giving points?  Seems fishy.

My only worry is that GT's kicker seems pretty inconsistent out side of 40 yards.  The kicker might leave a few points on the field depriving a cover for GT.

I am on GT due to line movement (or lack there of).

If any one is planning on betting due to my rant here, be forewarned that I have been giving the books major coin, so you may want to fade me.  As always, GLTA.

answers IMO:
 
This opened at 33 because of the defenses of this game.  The more news about Nesbitt coming out is driving this more than a touchdown higher.  He is a huge factor in this offense.  Now, I dont think ten points is right, so I am taking the under.  As of the #23 ranked Hurricanes being an underdog?? This is the governors cup.  Both teams get up to play this game.  Georgia Tech is favored by 3.5 because they are at home, which usually means 3 points, but that extra half point is there because of the public.  I see this game being very slow to start up.  Both defenses are tough, fast, and smart(even though they are both young).  But, give it time in the second half to get the offenses start up.  I see Miami holding Nesbitt to low yardage passing and running.  I also see GT's defense holding Miami to 16-20 pts, that being said....
 
My Prediction:
 
MIA  20
GT    21 (last minute drive FG)
 
Vegas wil win a lot of money on the ML, but the Hurricanes cover here, but lose.
