Should be an intrigueing game: one the best rushing teams vs. one of the best rushing D's.  BC won their last 5, and 2 of those 5 were bowl bound teams.  Early lean on BC.  Good luck.

I like Nevada here. BC is certainly playing well of late, but I'm not sure they've seen much of the pistol offense, and no QB in the ACC runs like Colin Kaepernick. Also, BC's offense is absolutely horrible statistically, and they average less than 19 points a game. The most points they've scored this year was 23 against a bad Kent State team, at BC. (For comparison, Nevada scored over 44 points in 7 games this year.) That means BC won't be able to keep the Nevada offense off the field for long, and you give a team that averages 42 points a game like Nevada does that many chances, they're going to score, especially as the BC defense tires.

gotta agree....bc is just not a good team...bad offense especially

Biggest question to me is how the Nevada defense will fare against a BCS caliber unit, even if it is BC. 

Cal(90th ranked offense) moved the ball on NV easily and gained 500+ yards, but had some critical turnovers, including a pick-6 that turned the game around. 

Crowd will be very pro-Nevada.  They have already sold out their allotment and are poaching the BC tickets as well.  This is the most mobilized their fanbase has ever been.

Leaning Nevada here.  I don't like giving this many points in a bowl game with the rust that comes with time off.  BC has not been impressive, and the ACC is terrible this season.  Still, that is a lot of points so I will remain uncommitted until I read more about this game.

Dont think BC can keep up with the Wolfpack this NEV team will not quit if BC gets down a couple scores there done.

BC has the 19th ranked run defense...Nevada has the number one rushing offense....Somethings gotta give....Also with Boston College's offensive struggles to score points, they only average 19 points a game....I'll take my chances with Nevada..Best of luck Gentlemen

This one feels similar to the Ala, Mich, Conn line drops! nevada will bury this team 42-21. NEV and OV for the large!

BC hasnt seen an Off or QB like Nev and Capernick hes big, fast and can throw on the run. The Nev D isnt that good and BC Off 19 ppg per game?? Wolfpack scores over 30 in this game.

Can someone please explain to me (because I'm very stupid) how does Nevada beat Boise State - both teams wind up only losing 1 game each, but Boise State stays ranked #11 and Nevada #15? Shouldn't it have been the other way around?

Anyways, an all out Nevada blowout is possible in this game - even though BC has a good run defense, I don't think they've seen a running game quite like this.

and with all of that said, there may be some end of the game garbage time - does any college team know to just sit on the friggin' ball late in the fourth when you're ahead??? So, I don't like the 7 and a half. I'm gonna take that 1 point.....

BUT

why is the line so low? Nevada came back for the win against Boise St... 

maybe the UNDER could be the play if BC is all Defense.

simple, nevada lost to unranked hawaii and boise lost to ranked nevada in overtime AT nevada. had boise played nevada at home, boise wins the game

I'm leaning Nevada here...Their offense is solid on the ground and in the air. I know BC is stingy on defense but I like the chances the Nevada offense has against their stingy defense.
