Everything points in favor of Boise St in this one and yet a lot of analyst have this as a possible upset in the making.....I think I'm missing something here.
Tulsa's offensive numbers are whacked due to the level of competion they played...Tulsa's offense avg 415 yds per game but has played defenses that avg allowing 413 yds per game..
Boise St offensive numbers are kind of screwed as well due to the performance they had against Cal-Davis....half the team probably didn't even prepare for that game....
Both teams have a great defense so it should be a good test for both teams.
If Boise St takes a big early lead I really don't think that Tulsa can hang with Boise in the end.....and Boise St loves to build that lead early.
Might take a chance on Boise St in the 1st half in this one but still thinking about it...
With the public pounding Boise like something in a porn movie, and the backwards line movement...there is something afoot here.
If it hasn't been raining in Tulsa the last week, its been heavy drizzle coming down. I suspect it will keep drizzling through the night and Boise will try their hand on the ground a little more. Tulsa's d is much better in tune to stop the run.
I believe Tulsa will play their grundle off tonight at home, and on television... maybe win, but definately cover!!!
