had a winning week 7, 2-1 with posted plays and did add Tulsa & Washington, neither of which were great picks but got the cover on both
thoughts from week 7
got some disturbing news on the Horns midweek and happily dropped that play, what can you say about that game other than OU played about as well over a full game than any team I've seen all season, I'm not as high as I probably should be on OU but they beat the ass-end out of Texas, the Stoops brothers own Mack Brown and that was obvious, what a complete mismatch across the entire field with the biggest one being on the sidelines, Manny Diaz needs to be fired and Mack needs to retire, the University of Texas is about as good as a college can get to attend and they need new blood running that program, guys like Nick Saban may never lose coaching there, its that good
the South Carolina/LSU game was high scoring than I suspected it would be and that was my loss for the week on that total, I'm not a totals guy but each year I will offer up a few wrong ends to showcase my skills, good solid football game with good defenses and crap offenses, moving on
the Florida Gators continue to win, most won't give them credit for winning at Vandy but I think Vandy had covered 7 or 8 straight home games (could be wrong), that isn't always an easy win despite the Dores not having much of a team, the Gators stay unbeaten and will remain that way after this week, I see alot of people on South Carolina already at only + 3, I don't see it, I'll be on the home team
I don't know what replay you guys saw but the one I saw over a dozen times showed Stanford scoring against Notre Dame, neither team is a national championship threat anyhow but I would still prefer the fair outcome of the game, how in the world can that be reviewed and not counted as a score? that was a touchdown, end of story
the Red Raiders of Lubbock got the perfect storm of circumstances to pounce on West Virginia, back to road travel across the country to play a team coming off a blowout loss against a pass happy offense in 40 mph winds, the Neers were in a lookahead spot vs Kansas State and I didn't have the balls to back Tommy Tuberville, I just couldn't do it despite knowing inside Tech was the play, oh well, I'm a vagina at times
were the mormons favored over the Beavers? I could have sworn I was catching 4 points with an undefeated team out of a solid conference with a better defense and better coach? the "sucker" bet covered by 3 touchdowns, gulp
onto week 8
