We may need to get some help from AMD on this, as he seems to be plugged into all things realted to the Michigan Directional schools.  EMU turned to a true (I think) frosh to finish up the game in the Big House.  They actually have a guy who used to start who appears still to be kicking around the program, though his picture on the EMU website looks like he's been spending more time on 12-packs and skirts than on playbooks since Schmidt took his job.  It could be a great spot for EMU.  It's Homecoming, and, depending on how many of its alums can make bail, they might have a fairly decent crowd.  On the other hand, Temple might be pretty good, and the odds are a true frosh at EMU is probably going to struggle big time with that defense.

 I saw how inept KU was on offense vs Fla and Alabama is as good.  Even if they sleepwalk through this game I feel it's an easy cover. Why not so fast?  Whats up that I should know?

Maine - I Love E. Michigan in this spot....  Really IMO....The points are not needed...ML

Peterdragen - This Game has been at least competitive for the most part.. Kentucky is a Decent team...Florida Overwhelmed them in the First Quarter of that game...But, I expect a low Scoring  Fight in this one.....Probably will be on the Under as well....I m Projecting the Number to be   47 - 52 neighborhood..

Boom is right about this one.  This is just one of those games where Alabama will win, but barely miss covering the spread.  If you look at how Alabama was last year against the spread, it's virtually identical to this year.  Last year, they didn't cover against Kentucky. Now with that said, this team is completely different from last year's offensively.  I don't really have a system or anything concrete behind it, just a hunch I get from watching this team every week.  Unless it's in a teaser, which I think is pure gold, this game is Kentucky or no play.  35-20 Bama.  Also, factor in we play Mississippi in Oxford next weekend.

In my opinion Bama will cover, and are very capable of blowing them out as Florida did, not saying they will, just saying very possible. You might not want to laugh too much. GL

Yeah it does make sense Boom ... I just checked the History of these 2 teams and it doesn't look good for Toledo. Ball St. has beaten them 3 years straight at home.. 2008 ( 31-0 )  2007 ( 41-20 ) 2006 (20-17 ).. I think I'm gonna skip this Game .. GL if you are betting on it...

When you unleashing the totals dude ? Bash the book week on ESPN...the hell with rivalry week...ESPN should promote a bash the books week, get some "feared" gamblers on the show, and let them spit out winners....you could go on there BOOM BOOM !

I'm seeing some over reaction this week. Here is what I got
USC -5  (if oregon can hold Cal to 3 USC can make them have negative points)
Auburn +2 (Win against S. Miss looks better, Tenn offense can't compete in a shootout what so ever)
Penn state -7 (If they can score once they may be able to shutout Ill just like Ohio state last week), remember they were getting 10 points against IOWA last week they are still a great offense and fairly stingy defense.
Alabama -16.5 (If Florida can beat Kenucky by 34 I think Bama can win by 17, they arguably have a stingier defense and have played better competition than Florida)
