And obviously I realize Hou is in a diff conference, just seems like LT's OOC games are typically away or hosting crap teams, so no home dog OOC opportunities.
just a game I had circled during the summer and one I kind of always knew I would bet, that being said, I did expect a higher line, Southern Miss was a 12.5 point favorite at La Tech last year so I'm very surprised by this line, it actually opened at 6.5 ![]()

I may end up leaving the game alone but I wouldn't bet Houston, that much I can tell you ![]()

as far as Arizona goes, you are just wrong with Stanford ![]()
I may very well be wrong with Stanford, but after watching Weeden have no problems with the AZ defense and Foles struggle, I'll take my chances. I like Stanford because those kids dont make stupid mistakes and that helps a ton on the road.
I agree the lville line is off, but more often than not that means the fav is gonna win convincingly from my experience.
Either way, good to see you posting and chatting more this year. Now we just gotta get you to play 20+ games like me. Those leans you have are an untapped resource. ![]()

I don't know the exact figures that others really bet on this forum but I do know that I bet too much money to have 20 plays out there, at least for my weak stomach, I just couldn't handle that every week
I get crazy at times and throw out 14 or so but I'm a nervous wreck that entire day, I love action and risk but only to a certain degree, I would rather have much more money on a "large" play and just worry about that game

I have always had an odd way of betting certain teams that play the weeknight TV games the week before
Arizona looked terrible, I'm betting on them
Louisville looked terrible, I'm betting on them
FIU looked great, I'm betting against them
I find the lines are shaded my way when I do this, I have to like the circumstance and the play to pull the trigger on the game and I do in all 3 of these
what can I say Train, I have my ways bro and I try to stick with them ![]()

my lines for those 3 games were
UCF - 10.5 (it opened at 3.5)
UK - 3.5 (it opened at 8)
Stan - 7 (it opened at 10.5)
I see value in all 3 of my bets, just my take![]()

I can't see a close outcome in that game, it would have to be turnovers galore and crazy special teams for UCF to lose in my opinion

Hey Wahoo I thought I would chime in here. I completely agree with your feelings on Arz-Stanford. I will simply sit this out but I see alot of reasons to not play Stanford. I watched that whole Stanford-Duke game and I was screaming at the TV in the first half with Stanford up 3 with 2 mins left in the 2nd and I was laying almost 3 tds. Stanford's OL struggled alot picking up blitzes because they have 3 new OL to go along with the 2 starters back from last year who are both first round picks (Decastro and Martin).
Any good team would have made that a game with Stanford. They let Duke hang around for a whole half and Duke actually moved the ball very well all game but couldn't convert 3rd downs. Stanford is very weak in the secondary. With a night game in Arz I will not be taking Stanford and I will simply sit this game out but I have seen this too often. One team looks good one week the other team looks like shit, night game on the road laying DD and somehow Stanford wins by 3 or 7 after being down a lot early. I will never forget loving Oregon 2 yrs ago in Arizona so I layed 5 and Oregon won by 4. I see a similar situation in Arizona Saturday night.

I have praised the Gus Malzahn hire from day one. I have steadfastly maintained that he is one of the best offensive minds in college football.
The reason Auburn keeps winning is because Malzahn's offenses keep outscoring other teams. Auburn didn't have a great defense last season when they won the national championship, and this season (through 2 games) they have some of the most atrocious defensive stats I've ever seen.
Auburn has played 181 defensive snaps. That's last in the country (#120).
Their rushing defense has surrendered 560 yards (#119)
Total Defense 979 yards (#115)
Yards per game 490 (#112)
5.5 yards per play
72 points given up in two games (#107)
So some may accuse Chizik of being an idiot, and I admit at times the guy looks as clueless as Shula did, but he was at least smart enough to hire Gus Malzahn. So give credit where credit is due. Malzahn is the reason Auburn keeps winning, and that's why they'll probably be competitive in every game they play this season, regardless of how poorly their defense plays.
That being said, I have given up trying to cap Auburn games because they are simply too volitile. There is no predicting what will happen except that Auburn will somehow manage to win in the end.

Everybody is talking about how bad L'ville and Kentucky are....
but nobody has said a word about the "under" of 42.5.
I know it is a low total for college football, but how the fuck do these 2 teams put up a combined 6 td's in one game?
Can't see it happening.
