I kinda agree with Thorpe here too. I think Washington St. will be much improved this season. I think the other team in Washington is going to be more improved though. I think Washington surprises a lot of people when they hang with LSU week one. I was looking more at Washington St. rather than Stanford in this spot as well.
I might have jumped to soon on Stanford in week 1 ... I think they win the game but Hope they Cover . Banking on the Cardinal being 6-6+ and going Boowling this season ...

I like all of your plays, especially Nebraska and Kentucky. Colorado, at 10 I guess it's a decent number being home. But I suspect the line to only go up until game time, hoping I can get Colorado State at +14.5 or better. Otherwise I'm going to lay off. BOL DU4L.

Yeah I think that Stanford can go bowling this year as well but they need to win some road games, and I think they may have to beat Oregon, Cal, or Notre Dame to get there.

Before capping the game i thought UGA would get drilled as well, but afterwards felt much different. I dont think they will have that big of a drop off with cox, Stafford always under performed to his potential imo. O line will be much better with all that exp under their belt. D should be better as well. Wanted Okie st. -3 but wont get it. Okie st. -6 is too close to call either way i think. Georgia will surprise this yr and should offer good value down the road after losing this game. Texas a&m should be much improved this year with a much better o line (barring inj.) Although the o line was so bad last yr. they can only improve. They are deep and talented at RB and will have solid production again at WR. D was horrible last yr and should make improvements but how much is the ? I could see a&m being a much improved team, but only being 6-6 or 7-5.

While you could very well be right about Georgia getting drilled (The Crowd should be insane in Stillwater)
I am predicting this one to be very close ... Game seems like a coin flip to me .. I am backing Georgia bc I think they have a HUGE advantage on the defensive side of the ball ...OSU will get their points but late in the Game I think the Bulldogs will make the Key stops ....

Riley does suck, but Cal's defense is the real deal. They switched to a 3-4 last year and they were still getting adjusted to it last year when they faced Maryland. Cal's secondary is 5 deep, and they have 3 corner backs that can play tight man defense. Cal's good D Line will compensate for the inexperience at LB. Derrick Hill is 280 with good speed and he has paid his dues and he should have a breakout year.
Best will easily run for 150+ and Shane Vereen will also have some yards. I see Cal running for between 225 and 275 yards. I also see Riley making 2 or 3 bonehead mistakes which will keep Maryland in the game.
I think the line is where it should be. I had Cal -20.5 as my spread before the lines came out. Right now my predicted score is 34-16.

I though CAL would Win Big in this Revenge Matchup .....
Don't get my wrong I still think the Bears WIN the game S/Up but anything over 3 TD's/21.5 Leaves the Backdoor wide Open ...
