Stanford hasn't been a good road team in a very long time. Wash St will be one of the most improved teams in the country as long as one of their top 4 QBs stays healthy. Wash St has a very good RB unit (they add a Cal transfer and they get back a good RB from 2 years ago who was hurt LY), and if they can move the ball on the ground they will cover 17 points easily. Plus, Stanford might overlook this game, but Wash St is going to be very focused after Stanford ran it up on them LY.

could anyone really be betting on Washington St. ???
Stanford hasn't been a good road team in a very long time. Wash St will be one of the most improved teams in the country as long as one of their top 4 QBs stays healthy. Wash St has a very good RB unit (they add a Cal transfer and they get back a good RB from 2 years ago who was hurt LY), and if they can move the ball on the ground they will cover 17 points easily. Plus, Stanford might overlook this game, but Wash St is going to be very focused after Stanford ran it up on them LY.
have to take a second look at Stan-Wash St, was perfectly happy to ignore it at 18, thorpe makes some good pts, surprisenly WSU did hang for a little while with OSU in opener last year if I recall

I kinda agree with Thorpe here too. I think Washington St. will be much improved this season. I think the other team in Washington is going to be more improved though. I think Washington surprises a lot of people when they hang with LSU week one. I was looking more at Washington St. rather than Stanford in this spot as well.
