I have OU/Texas parlayed as well.  Damn local closed the line on Texas so I wasn't able to bet it straight.  I'd take that line up to 50.  GL Ice

I think Ole Miss is overrated this year.  I had them beating Tech big last year, so I understand their capability, but they lost alot this year.  They might be ok tomorrow (against Ole Miss), but I am going to fade them against a good SEC opponent when they are favored by too much.

shitty thing is my capping wasn't off... Penn St and LSU were winners... 8-3 becomes 6-5... not to mention Minnesota blew chunks and would beat the piss out of Syracuse 8 out of 10 times based on what they showed in the 4th quarter...
 
i just need to be on the other side of the bullshit games once in awhile...
 
looking at lines for next week... top 8 teams are pretty much locked in... will be them every week from here on out...
 
1) Florida
2) Texas
3) USC (will end up over-taking Texas)
4) Alabama
5) Okla St (better than 50/50 to win the Big 12... thinking Tex is over-rated)
6) Penn St
7) Cal
8) Va Tech (freshman RB is better than Evans... by a LOT!)

they jerked me around for over 24 hours on a referral bonus... finally had a manager promise me it would be in my account within 10 min... 2 hours later i had to call back and ream his ass... cost me 2 units because i wanted to get a middle on the Penn St game at halftime... figured i would win both sides, but at least i wouldn't have lost that bullshit moose game...
 
the way they handled it was attrocious... i will never add another penny to my account there...

It was definitely a weird day of football.It's one thing to play a game and realize you got the wrong side, but if they played all of these games again tomorrow, I'd play about all of the same games. PST 31 1st half pts, 0 2nd half? Minny missed 2 FGs and should have routed sorry SYR. OK is not a good team without Bradford, but Texas gave up a TD with 2 min left to go and 75% of the Tex bettors got burned on that one. There are alot of mediocre teams this year for sure. Watched Cal play and if Riley stays healthy they are gonna be a beast this year. BOL today.

only game i wouldn't play if i had it to do over is Illinois... they are shit... every other game was right... LSU and OU are the only two i think wouldn't cover at least 8 out of 10 times... those two were more in the 60-65% range... still worth playing...

I was leaning Col as well. Don't like laying that much chalk in a rivalry game, but I think they are easily the better team.

Appreciate your threads Ice, but I think the main point here is that several people, not just Capri, are sometimes rubbed the wrong way by your comments in other threads. 

We got into it last year because I felt like you were rude/arrogant, whatever words people want to use.  I think it is notworthy that in 5 years on Covers I have never got into it with someone like I did with you.  Maybe some of it was me too.  We squashed our differences, but I sometimes see your posts in other threads and think, "Wow." 

I'm not trying to start something, but just feel like you would get more respect if you treated others the way you want to be treated.  If you disagree, that's fine, but I am only offering this advice because I think it could be helpful, not to bash you.  Good luck with your picks.
