Being a rutgers alum, i have never been a fan of the football program until lately.
last year i laid 7K, yes, 7K on Louisville when they played rutgers and were only a 1 TD fave.
Rutgers always plays down to their opponents, yet at the same time, they get up for the big games.
they will be ready for the usf game. from new brunswick to piscataway the place is buzzing. it really reminds me of last year when they played louisville. rutgers plays the role of underdog better than anyone else in the nation.
my book has USF at -2 right, -2!!!! they should be -9 after rutgers losses to cincy and to maryland as a 17.5 pt fave!
just like louisville shouldve been -21 last year (they were up 25-3 at the half).
vegas is dying for people to put money on USF, but it is very obvious that this is a great spot for them to lose.
Rutgers gets it done.... Schiano is very focused after the loss to cincinnati. Ill be playing the Rutgers ML for some + money. I wont be laying much on it, probably only around 200 or so to keep the game interesting.
Win or lose, thats my opinion and that's the way Im going.
