NEBRASKA has an OFFENSE that is really tough to stop and if they get down a few TDs..forget b/c this Husker Defense will kill GILBERT and throw a brick wall on their run game.

If the line is only 7 ,I will be pounding Nebraska . Texas has not showed much at all this year,and at Lincoln I think the Huskers would cover a TD easy.

Right now it is tough to say, but given how UCLA was able to run on the Longhorn defense, initially you have to like Nebraska to win this one by double digits. I have no idea at this point how I will go on that one.

well, if huskers play like they did tonight they will roll texas by more then 7 for sure, but it won't be easy...texas still has a lot of talent for sure and they will be hungry...that said, I will be all over the huskers

Everyone is still waiting for Gilbert to show some signs...the guy is horrible and doesn't know how to read defenses at all. If Texas covers it will be because they can contain T money

since most will be looking to play Huskers....simply think of line you would you wouldn't want to see....(if looking to play Nebraska)
meaning gotta be close to 10......start at 8-9 or so maybe.....then climb......Vegas will beg for Texas $

there no damn way neb offense looks nearly as good against a still talented tex D (yes i saw the ucla game)...
i would worry a bunch about tex offense however as they seem totally incompetent to me and not sure how they fix that against a top 10 neb d....dont care what the total is i lean heavily to the under...

You guys think that Texas will be a 7 pt dog; WOW; before playing Kstate the best team they had faced points against was Washington at 99th; KState is not a very good team and we have NOOOOOOOO IDEA if Nebraska deserves anything yet. This line will be 3 maye 3.5; Texas defense will give Nebraska fits; and I hate Texas but they will only get better. 7 are you freaking kidding me. OU was 3.5 and Nebraska a team that has played next to nobody is now a 7 pt favorite. HOLD ON!!! and back up. Texas has just as good of defense as Nebraska and Texas will pull out all the stops in this game. I cant stop laughing 7. Are you serious?? What was the spread when SOUTH DAKOTA STATE played in Lincoln two weeks ago. Texas can stop the run and T Magic can't throw the ball worth a crap. That 17-3 stomp down on SDS was impressive; also the Idaho win and lets not forget the worst team in DIV 1 Western Kentucky. Kstate is not even top 50 you can tell by that pathtic performance. I just have a feeling Texas may have some better athletes than South Dakota State. If that line is 7; the enire betting world will be on Texas but it wont be it will be 3 MAX

what exactly do you think it should be in what will almost assuredly be a defensive battle?
id guess 6 but even if it opens at that it will get drove up fast and probably end up 7-10.....
I am not an odds maker or think i could be one but if i was i would make it -11. That would get action on both sides i assume? I would still take the Huskers. I think the Huskers offense will have NO problem scoring on the Texas defense. Martinez is unstoppable right now.

Texas actually plays some defense, in fact they have a really good one. If their offense can do ANYTHING at all they should play them tough and be in it the whole way.
