bmw i didnt mean to jump all over you. i was just pretty certain this years tech team was gonna be good, at least on D. to be honest t bennett still looked pretty shaky, but i think we definitely started out on the right foot. this might be a bit of a reach, but one could argue that tech was the most impressive team in all of college ball this weekend (sans app state). while i think the chances of tech winning it all are still VERY slim, i do like us to contend for the division, and therefore, the acc championships.

Every square bettor and their brothers are on Georgia Tech. Tells me Notre Dame is the play. I mean laying less than a field goal at home to Georgia Tech. I will play the Golden Domers.

They had the #6 recruiting class and that will mean there will be some good Redshirt Freshmen and Sophomores. This is Weis' 3rd year at Notre Dame, so he has more of his type of guys than ever before. I hear the media everyday saying how bad Notre Dame is going to be, sounds like a smear campaign to get every square like yourself to line up at the ticket window to bet the Yellow Jackets. It appears there will be blood in the streets of squareville if Notre Dame covers. Notre Dame wins this game by a touchdown.

I talked up tech big so i'm not gonna hide when they lose. 40 bucks down the drain. Thought T Bennett was a much better qb than he actually is. Our D did well against BC (21 pts) but the offense still is too weak in the passing game with a shitty QB.
Still think we have a shot to win the coastal, vt isn't that good, and we can possibly beat BC in a rematch should it happen in Jacksonville.

Admirable of you come back and take your medicine. I was on GT last week as well...really thought they'd shut Ryan and BC down.
24 points is not bad but I also have apparently overrated the Bennett and the GT offense. If Choice's hamstring doesn't slow him down too much I still think they can take VT and the Coastal.
But I'm much more leery of jumping on them as a fave after their dismal offensive performance this past weekend.
