Teams Better Than Notre Dame

The following teams on a neutral field with full health I would take over Notre Dame:

Alabama

Oregon

LSU

South Carolina

Florida

Texas A&M

Ohio State

Georgia, Stanford, USC - Tossup

The top 7 teams are clearly better than Notre Dame in my opinion. People will say im crazy for having USC and Stanford as toss ups as ND beat both but consider they beat USC with a backup QB and won by 9 pts and only scored 22 pts on USC's defense which has been shredded by many PAC 12 teams. Notre Dame should have won tonight by 21 pts if they were a legit title team. Also, they beat Stanford in South Bend on a controversial td call in OT and Stanford had Nunes starting at QB than and not Hogan. Georgia still has proven nothing as they were smoked by South Carolina and barely beat Florida in the sloppiest game this season. Georgia hasnt beaten one other good team as they didn't play LSU, Bama, Texas A+M in conference play and they play nobody out of conference. However, Georgia still has a great defense and Aaron Murray is much better than crappy Everett Golson.

Notre Dame beat USC with a backup QB by 9 pts, Pitt in triple OT by 3 pts, Michigan by 7 pts despite being outgained by over 150 yds, BYU by 3 pts, and Purdue by 3 pts. These 5 teams were not good with the exception of a borderline top 25 USC team that was ravaged by injuries and depth issues all year.

Notre Dame will be destroyed by Bama in the title game. Its going to look very similar to the 41-14 beatdown Bama put on Michigan early this yr. Its simply men vs boys in this one. ND does have some great talent in their front 7 in Teo, Nix, Tuitt, and Kapron Lewis-Moore but they cant hold up for 60 mins vs that Bama OL w/Lacy and Yeldon running the ball down their throat. Mccarron also has 2 ints all season and this is the best Bama offense Saban has ever had avg 38 ppg in SEC play.

I don't expect ND to score more than 3-6 pts in this game. Bama's front 7 will clog their run game. They havent faced a Jesse Williams or Damien Square yet. ND has two good Rbs and a good TE in Eifert but their WRs will be blanketed by Milliner and the others at CB just like when Michigan played Bama and Roundtree and Gallon couldnt get open.

Make sure to bet on Bama in Jan.  Then cry about how you lost after.

You are completely disrespecting Georgia here. 

LSU's DL with Logan, Johnson, Mingo, and Montgomery would destroy ND's OL making them one dimensional and Golson cant throw vs that LSU defensive backfield. LSU stood toe to toe with Bama for 59 mins. This is a solid underrated football team. Only other loss was to Florida in the Swamp. They also beat Texas A+M on the road and SC at home.

If SC has a healthy Lattimore and Clowney they roll on ND. Just too much talent and speed out there w/an improving Connor Shaw. They went into Clemson and won tonight, a better win than anything ND has done this yr. SC also lost to LSU by 2 pts at night in Death Valley! They beat UGA by 4 tds at home. More than ND has done all year.

Didnt bet a dollar on USC all yr. If you would have seen my post in the offseason I said they were the most overrated team in America and I predicted 2-3 losses this season.

Your right ND deserves to be in the title game but just because your ranked number 1 in America doesnt mean your the best team in the country. Was KState the best team in the country last week? Nope.

ND played nobody all yr outside of a solid win vs Oklahoma but even they arent that good as they lost to KSt at home too and barely beat WV who sucks and Ok State. Their other lone good win was a controversial call in OT vs Stanford with Stanford's backup QB. If Hogan played now they would lose.

ND played the easiest schedule I have ever seen for a title team. Its an embarassment this team isnt in a conference.

That's what you do every year. Play who's on your schedule and win. If you win and you played a tough schedule you get in.

I get what you are saying but I don't want to hear any of this talk when they lose by 3-4 tds in January. I just hate the fact that ND is too arrogant to get into a conference and instead would rather play their little cupcake schedule every yr.

Yes TY covers handicappers for touting the SEC bigtime, and keep up the "great" work saying how "bad" ND is all the way to kickoff in January

9-10 points is the kiss of death for a favorite IMO. Game is in the South (Miami). ND has a great goal line defense, and pulled off stops in nearly every game this year. Chances are, they will do it again in the BCS Championship in January. They keep themselves in every game. They don't turn the ball over.

I like ND as a team, however I will wait and wait and wait, until gameday, for a final decision. But please covers' scumbags, keep touting away on the SEC. I'm starting to like the reverse feel that's already developing.
