if u really need a win it seems like there are other more comfortable plays imo.

VT has a history of beating this team AND VT had the tougher schedule.

This game is coin flip hence the line.

Techs the pick here, tech beat duke with ease 41-20. Duke was punch for punch with cincy last night. Rutgers barely escaped with a win vs Cincy. This was when Va Tech was slumping and Rutgers played cincy at end of the year. Id go with Tech and the under

Largest public plays are LSU and Georgia (because SEC yeams don't F_U_C_K around, don't go to entertain, or feel like the bowl is a reward, THEY GO TO WIN.
