I am not a huge college football fan, but I follow the Gators because I live in Jacksonville.  I live in the heart of SEC football and nothing gives me more pleasure than to watch "The Ohio State Bucket of Shits" get there arse whooped by the SEC.  The only NC title they have won was given to them by a ref who must have had a ton of money on OSU.  My wife is from Ohio and when we visit it's the same old song and dance.  OSU this, OSU that... They play in a pansy ass conference and a have very weak schedule.  I would love to see them schedule a few SEC games a year and see how they make out....Won't happen because they are a bunch of pansy asses! The BIG TEN sucks and so do the Buckeyes!!!!!!

2. Big Ten sucks? Yeah, it's a shitty conference, but guess what OSU can do about that? NOTHING. Stop blaming OSU for the shitty teams that are in the conference, let it go....
 
3. SEC fans are 100x worse than OSU fans, or Big Ten fans for that matter. If your team isn't doin so hot, you jump on the bandwagon of the other great team in the conference and chant SEC...SEC...SEC until you lose your voice. Team spirit? Right.
 
In 2007, OSU should have beaten FLA by 10+ but didn't show up for the game and paid for it. Last year against LSU,OSU shouldn't have even been in the NC but top teams can't beat cupcakes like Stanford (40 pt underdogs.....really?). I'm a Buckeye fan, but also a realist. I'm not saying who will win the OSU/USC game, but it'll be close no matter what and winner will be in the NC game.

My dad is from Cleveland, OH; so although I grew up in So Cal I have been a life long OSU fan.

I am amazingly torn on this game.  I have followed USC my whole life and love Carrol and everything about the program.

However... OSU wins by 10. 

This is a statement game, with the nation watching.  OSU and Wells are going to run it down the Trojans throat.

The Sanchez injury further solidifies this score.

this OSU team is gonna be a monster team, that's what people don't realize. You will have guys that have started the last 2 years and played in the NC game, what does that tell you? They will be much better than last year, and better than the team in '06. Anybody, tell me how OSU will not be stronger this year. You still think they suck, lay the points with USC then.

USC is at home.  They are faster on both sides of the ball.  They constantly play a tougher schedule (arkansas, vtech, auburn vs. akron, ohio, youngstown st. in recent years).  It doesnt matter who they have at quarterback.  This team is all about defense.  If the offense can score twenty or more a game they shouldnt lose.  And yes, Ill let you OSU homers bring the line to -2.5 or better for USC and then bet the shit out of it. It comes down to this...USC thrives during big games and I cant quite say that for OSU!!!

Tough to beat somebody by 10+ if you only gain 82 total yards all night. Sad thing is, you Buckeye fans really, actually think you were better than Florida.

All OSU* does is take advantage of the stupid system that is in place in college football, then when it is time to prove it on the field???? BLOWOUT!! OSU* has a shitty defense returning and an average QB and receivers that can't get open against real players. What is all the hype about? If you take a OSU*s performance against good teams last year, nobody would be excited about those 19 starters coming back. Look at what OSU* actually did last year and who they beat and you will see there is nothing to be excited about.

OSU*s defense? Michigan lit them up for 39, Florida 34 in the first half. Illinois 28 and could have scored another if they wanted to. LSU 38 and they stopped needing points. 24 in the first half. Yeah, OSU* is nails against Akron and YSU though. Maybe they are really good, but only play well against the worst teams in the country, yeah that is wha it is.

This is the year for the bucks. Their tuff shut down defense and their dangerous offense will overcome anything thrown at them.

Clearly Tressel's halftime adjustments and coaching acumen led to the Buckeyes* tallying 30 yards in the second half. Amazing what he was able to do in those 20 minutes. Just amazing.

6 times what I normally bet on a game went to the Trojans. 3 times my normal bet on SC at halftime. Thanks again, Buckeyes!!!

That is very optimistic to think OSU is going to limit Troy to 7. They can put up a lot of points on the road.
