Wanted to start this thread for all Buckeye fans as we draw closer to this upcoming season.  I'm sure Ohio State haters will talk a ton of shit but that's ok.  I would be upset at a team that constantly wins and goes to NC even though they are rebuilding.  Good luck to all other teams this season and I hope for the most exciting season possible.

This is a great Buckeye team coming into this season.  I coudl see this team being a regular pick to cover week in and week out this season.

Questions for you Buckeye fans:  Does Tressel coach to cover and keep the big alumni happy?  I say yes, woudl be interested in hearing your thoughts

Jim Tressel, from what I hear, hates gambling with a deep seeded passion.  I don't think for one second that he does however this team has been a money making machine the past few years

theren hav been some late scores for covers, but I think those have been more of the lucky types and not running up the score. This is a team that is looking to dominate every week, and if you do that then you can be in a position to cover the big spreads in the second half, most of the time.

BTW ~ Who the fuck is Henny?  
You're far too young to remember Henny Youngman and I do not believe that he was a Wolverine.He was funny though.

Mr. Tressel, in your opinion (and boy, I know I'm asking for it), but perhaps, is there a chance, that the Big Ten could suffer a "down" year?
Michigan has a new coach-new system-seniors gone, etc. Trouble there?

I'm not going to list them all, but is there another 10-win team out there? And if OSU loses two games this year, would you consider the year a failure, since, as you said, they rebuilt last year?

If OSU loses 2 games, it is a failure. If they lose 1 game with this team it is a failure. This will be one helluva team going to USC, so if you want to sell OSU short that will be your problem. This program looks at the BCS title and nothing else. Many schools out there are looking to go to a bowl, or win their homecoming or whatever, but this is a program that has a legit shot at the BCS every year.
