Nos, thanks for the picks last week.  Too bad we couldn't edge Purdue out or we would have been rolling in even more $$$$.  By the way what is the "greek", is that an online book?  Would like more info on them.  I'm riding with you again this week bro.

i think you've persuaded me on 1 pick each of the last 3 weeks, with no complaints so far... last week was Texas...
 
i'm already on Toledo and Penn St this week, so i'm thinking i will ride with either your Miami or Cincy pick... if Yates is out, i'll go with Miami... if not, i'll run with Cincy... looks like i would be in good shape whichever way that goes...

Cincinnati -9.5 (large)  should drill the Zips.. BearCats could jump into the top 25 soon
 
Toledo -17.5 (large)   Glass Bowl and Fla Int looking ahead to home games at new stadium
 
Penn St -14 (hook)    ILLINI will get crushed
Kansas St -20    I Like ULL here . they have been playing great football and K ST defesne is really bad, although these are the Games the Wildcats seem to win big in
 
Michigan St -9   I can't believe i have not bet this one yet.
 
Miami FL -6.5    revvenge game and Canes are gaing steam, this one could be tight 
  
Louisville -2.5   I am on the Huskies which means this should be money in the Bank ... I cant pick a Weekday NCAAFB game to save my life
 
C Michigan -6.5 (-115)   The Wind might be out of Buffalo's sails this week.. the secondary is a tad beat up and thats not good facing the Chipps
 
 
 
 
Here are some Plays I really Like
 
Duke -7 -105    The Cavs are really bad .. i would say bottom 20 in the Country.. Duke offense could really put up some points in this one ...Duke is 1-12 vs The Cavs since 1995 and will look to Erase that Mark big time with a Much beeded ACC WIN...

Bowling Green -3.5      Wyoming is really Bad as well and is in my Bottom 10....The Cowboys have a WAC Game on the road next week at New Mexico and do not have any offense to keep up with the Falcons

I hate thinking like this and don't necessarily use this as capping scripture but it is a "gut" type feeling, and keeping in mind that I have played Penn St and Mich St every week but I'm afraid that these may be the weeks they get bit.  I know its a bit foolhearty but I just see it.  BOL NOS, Kriptonite will be watching..

You are definitely onto something with the Bearcats.  I doubted them yesterday but they took out the MAC trash much to my dismay..

veritas, joeyvig - would have to lean towards Purdue with the better QB, RB and WR and similar defenses
 
double - have not had much luck on weekday games either so one of us is due, UL been hard to predict, looks like line is moving up so might wait and get 4+ and then maybe it hits middle 3 or 4 and both cash
 
shep - good to hear we're on a couple of the same, not positive on Yates status get the feeling it could keep him out, leaned towards Canes anyway and was hoping he'll take the week off in which case those other QBs will likely struggle
 
captailor - still not 100% sold on Pikehowever he has a pretty good team around him, really wanted to take Cincy last week however lacked confidence since before 20 of 24 last week he had not shown anything at all to expect that, if Pike can just manage the game getting it to the WRs and running game and avoid mistakes Bearcats should be ok, if not it could go to the wire. Cincy defense also needs to step up and play to their talent level and also pressure the QB better.
 
HOF - agree on Miami possible robbery without Yates and thought the same thing about Purdue. Like NC St although waiting (probably with no luck) for double digits, however solid LB Irving is questionable (and DL Cash already out) so want to check on that later. FSU offense looked pitiful again, and only had 10 FD against Colorado last year, so I may take a look at under or Colorado team under before having to deal with watching that FSU offense again.

Oklahoma -17.5   with a week off, I think they're ready (Home) 
Nebraska -6.5      I think VT isn't winning by 3 this week (Home)
LSU - 24.5   LSU needs to put up some offense this week (Home)
FSU -6            the defense should hold (Home)
Kentucky -22     should be an easy cover (Home)
Oregon -19   the last two games have been bad... ez game

Good luck Nos... No opinion on those games as of yet, but one thing I always know for sure is you are never afraid to lay that lumber but it always seem to work out for you.
 
If I were to lay DD points I know the dog would get up on me early and it would be all over.

Nos. Wisky run game is for real. The O-Line avg. 6'6'' 324 and the are very atheltic. Their three back attack , and linebackes are as good as any group in the country, including USC. I don't like their corner's without "Henry", who may return from a ACL injury. If they had a healty "Henry", Wisky would be very tough to beat.

Glad you're on Mich St this week.. Javon Ringer is not Ball St's running back Lewis.. and he had 160+ on the ground against Indiana last week.. this looks like the big play for me..

for what it's worth, i think Ark (+28) looks solid... line is inflated for such a huge rivalry...
 
liking Fla St this week... CU lost by 10 at home to FSU last year, and despite the way they played against Wake, i think FSU is better this year...
 
then again, so is CU, so tough call... under does seem like a pretty good bet... Buffs D plays better at home, though...

GL everyone this week!

any thoughts on:

OSU/Minn=  i got 1 unit on OSU not covering.  don't know much about minnesota but OSU doesn't look like they'll be running any scores up.

also:  only 2 unit play this week on BWLG over WYO- -  Wyoming might not cover all year at this rate.  could bump this up another unit by sat.

other plays:

penn st - hoping PSU fired up for some payback and night game -
 
Cincy 38 Akron 17 - if Pike plays decent the Bearcats should control this one with much better talent on both sides and still motivated by blowout at Oklahoma, teams met in 2006 pre Kelly with Cincy winning only 20-14 after trailing 14-0
 
Toledo 45 FIU 13 - hopefully Toledo coaches and players have saw and heard (other than e-mail sent today) the pitiful FIU fans cussing at USF LB Mompremier while he laid on the field before going to hospital with a serious injury, payback time.
 
Penn St 38 Illinois 15 - believe PSU recalls loss at Illinois last year and inability to contain Williams or Mendenhall and will be ready to play, suspect Illinois is down a notch this year on both sides.
 
Kan St 45 ULL 17 - doubt ULL can contain KSU passing attack, decent KSU rush defense (except for last week) should be able to contain ULL Desormeaux and Fenroy somewhat
 
Mich St 31 Ind 13 - other than 2006 (46-21 upset, pre Dantonio) Spartans own this series, MSU rushed for 368 in matchup last year, Indiana secondary possibly banged up
 
Mia FL 27 UNC 13 - expect Heels to find going difficult against strong UM defense and QB play improved this year for Canes, loss of Yates seals this one
 
Louisville 27 UConn 17 - Huskies mediocre on the road and prefer grass, Cards Cantwell and WR showing signs of life, RB Anderson beginning to find some running room
 
C Mich 41 Buffalo 27 - doubt Bulls can contain CMU squad, Chippewas 6-1 ATS at home versus MAC last 2 years

wyoming beat Ohio at home, and ohio is a decent team that play ohio st tough... its not easy to win in laramie, has the highest elevation in all of college football... wyoming was down just 7-0 to BYU with 7 minutes left in the 2nd quarter..AT BYU.... there alot tougher then you think....BOL
