Don't bother with the let-down stuff, or the Stanford physicality, or Stanford at home, or their record. If the DUCKS did not have that loss to Boise game 1, I would agree. They have to be perfect, week in and week out, and win with dominance against the rest of the PAC-10. Ol' Chip will not let his team come in flat after that victory. Feel free to jump in here at 7:30 PM on Saturday to argue otherwise.
(22U) TENNESSEE (-26)
I backed Tennessee against South Carolina (let down spot after emotional loss to Bama, right?), and I will back them again here. This is not the same team who lost to UCLA or allowed Ohio to stay in the game. They just entered the top 25, at home, against a pathetic Memphis team who is going to get destroyed by this defense, and torn up by this offense.
(10U) OKLAHOMA (-6)
Nebraska is getting worse and worse with each passing game. Did they score second half against Baylor? That QB and RB are not executing and the Nebraska defense can only do so much to keep them alive. OU defense will not allow them to put up points, and OU will grind out the win by 17. Don't let the failure to cover last week for OU scare anyone away from this road game.
Good Luck. PlacinUnits...OUT.
