Obviously, USC looks low. Even with the cross country road trip, I think they win by 17+.

I would bump Missouri up around 5.

UCLA is a mess. I'd say UT -6 or -7.

WF should be laying 10.

Oregon should be laying around 10.

Centerpiece, I really like Oregin this year. They aren't gonna drop off much from the Pre Dixon injury form. If they find a QB, and they will, look out.

TSW, I love Missouri this year. They could actually compete for the Natty.

And as for the #1 recruiting class, that will be in the beginning stages of showing its head next year.  The best we can hope for this year is that Julio tears up the field.  No other True Freshman will see significant playing time IMO.  Our time will come, just not this year IMO.

Oregon State(-5) At Stanford

Oklahoma State(-13.54) VS Wazzo AT Seattle

Im not going to take away anything from florida.  They are probably #1 or #2 in the nation when the season starts depending on which pole you look at.  Also they play in the swamp, but just some things to remember.  Hawaii returns there two defensive captains which are the linebackers.  They also loaded up on the corners and the d-line is still there and in tact.  The fact is that although brennan got all the attention, the great suprise of last year was the defense.  With them returning some a lot of starters on D they might be a little better than you expect.  Also starting QB is a big question and they did pick up two top juco players at that spot.  Also keep in mind that now jones is gone and they will start to run the ball.  Look for Jackson(transfer from nebraska) to be a star this year.  Also the replacment for jones was the defensive coordinator and all the assistant coaches stayed.  At least the important ones. I expect a high line of florida favoring -21 to -28 with hawaii covering.  Also Hawaii is now starting to travel well at least over the last two years, which is important to note.

I'd say not even close, maybe top 10- I have them 3rd in the conference behind FSU and Clemson.

Well, I agree that Wake has been fortunate in the turnover department , though I think a lot of this has to do with Grobe and Skinners ability to manage a game.  But I do agree.  However , lets look at the games you mention where they were outgained.

Army -- skinner was injured and the backup was  a deer in headlights.  They allowed him only to throw the ball twice in the second half.  Wake held Army to 56 total yards in the second half.This game came right after nebraska and right before maryland too. tough spot for wake to get up for army.

Duke--Wake forest led 34-9 and mailed it in the rest of the way until duke pulled close and then they marched right down for another score.  This game was stuck between maryland and florida state. So this was another spot where you would expect them to perform below expectation.

north carolina --they led 23-3 after 3rd qtr and won 37-10. 

vanderbilt --they had a 31 -3 lead and gave up two late td to vandy.

I mean you have to put the games into perspective. It is more than just total first downs and total yards.  Teams get huge leads and let up sometimes.  In regards  to the Army game, the backup just couldnt get it done for Wake Forest so that was based more on injury. 

And despite agreeing that they were fortunate with turnovers , show me the win where they had a positive turnover margin that they would have lost ...

AT duke +1 -- led 34-9 won 41-36

florida st +1 -- won the game 24-21 , florida state scored the backdoor td with 17 seconds left to make it a 3 point margin.  The turnover difference did not result in significant score change.

At navy +3 -- i watched this game. total domination. 44-24

north carolina +3 -- Again they led 31-3 and won 37-10

ncstate +2 -- won 38-18

at vanderbilt -- led 23-3 going into fourth qtr and won 37-10

I cannot find the game where the positive turnover ratio made them win a game they would not have won anyway.  They had a 0 turnover margin against Army but the Army turnovers were brutal so I can atleast see where they might have lost that game.  But that is the game you have to throw out when looking ahead to this year since it was the skinnerless game.

Georgia was plus 9 in turnovers and oklahoma was +8 are they just lucky and are going to regress ? .. it doesn't always mean that you were lucky ... sometimes it can be attributed to your system and the players and coaches that run it.

This post is such a joke, I don't know where to even being.  i'll make it short because I'm mad jsut reading it.  Hawaii is traveling better?  Traveling better?  A. they dont travel anywhere far, when they do, they will be traveling to the fuckin Swamp.  I personally am not a UF fan (I hate the Patriots but I bet on em b/c I new it was a good bet), so is this.  Hawaii plans no1, whenever they plan any1 decent, embarressment.  Colt on the bench was an excuse, and they lost thier leader.  Most of their older talent Bass went NFL draft!  Their skill positions will be weak players and the face that their D coordinators and players stayed is a downfall.  Returning the same shitty players doesnt make you good, sorry.  Florida is practicing for a Nation Champ Game vs OSU or WVU all summer and will begin the season with a statement game in the swamp against a soft, inexperienced Hawaii team which is about to travel half the globe in the wrong direction.  If the spread is only -20, i might be taking out bank loands to bet Florida.

I'd say Oregon State -3. Stanford is gonna be a little better this year,, while Oregon State lost a ton on defense. I think you have Oklahoma State about right. I'd need it around ten to bet the Cowboys though. Just can't trust that defense.

I think Oklahoma St. has good athletes, but were slow to pick up the new schemes lastyear on defense. Baylor, and Nebraska were the only road games lastyear where they looked good, and that ain't saying a whole lot. I think they'll whoop WSU. As far as Oregon State, I think they'll be alright. After week 4 the staff had zero confidence in the QB's, btu this year we should see a lot better QB play, which will take some heat off the new RB's. OL looks decent.

Alright bro, you can say what you want.  If you want to get all punchy and start saying F this and F that and all this BS then thats fine.  All i was trying to do was make a point.  If you want to bet on Florida go ahead and do.  Sell your house, car, dog, wife, etc. so you can put a heavy bankroll on this game then go and do it.  Your life and your money.  I could give a rats a$$.  do what you want with the information i just gave you.  We will see when the time comes who ends up covering the spread.  Its always the suckers that bet on top 5 teams week in and week out anyway. 

I like Okie State a lot this year and am pretty down on Oregon St.
