no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this team has demolished teams in 4 games and played 1 close game against a great qb. scarolina doesnt have mallett and will lose this game going away. alabama defense has held duke to 13 penn st. to 3 and florida to 6 and a very tough arkansas offense to 20 and nothing in the 2nd half. scar will have a tough time on offense and ala run game will wear them down. alabama 27 scar 16

would love to see them go down, but im not putting my money on it.
i am interested to see what spurrier dials up in this game though. gotta except a couple of trick plays to steal some points in this one. i would also expect him to run alot of screens, reverses, misdirections to slow down bama's overpursuing, aggresive defense. florida ran a nice reverse in the first quarter last week that worked, but they never went back to it
i think spurrier will have a few things up his sleeve, but not enough to pull it out. alabama is always so well prepared that saban will have them ready for whatever spurrier throws at them. plus i dont trust spurrier with the whole quarterback thing. if garcia makes a few mistakes, and he will, how long will it take before spurrier throws the freshman to the wolves?

If he struggles Spurrier is going to horse slooar tackle him...I'm honestly thinking Bama is bound to run away with this in the 2nd half...Gamecocks will fade away!!!

anytime you have 2 S.E.C teams playing eachother you are on upset alert, however BAMA is getting stronger and i still feel SC is overated.
other than some crazy turnovers and weird luck BAMA should cover this one easily.
BAMA will shut down the run , then it will be up to GARCIA or whoever spurrier decides to play, i believe thats where the BAMA defense will take over.
BAMA's defense is brutal, i dont see SC having an offense to exploit it in anyway.

No, The Gamecocks may be able to keep it interesting through the first half but Alabama will pull away through the third and fourth quarters! There running game will simply wear down Carolina's D.

I guess I just imagined that game in 2009 where they were favored by 10 points and got beat SU by 14 points.
