Div III

D3 championship games is tonight starring the two kings of D III football.  Mount Union has been to the title game 14 of the last 18 seasons.  They have won 10 national titles.  This is Wisconsin-Whitewater's seventh straight year in the Stagg Bowl.  They have actually played Mount Union each time, winning three.

    2007 Wisconsin–Whitewater Mount Union 31–21  

    2008 Mount Union Wisconsin–Whitewater 31–26

 Game is on ESPN2 and I haven't seen any lines yet. 

Anyone know these teams?  Any opinion would be helpful.

This teams are something.  Total score from the last six championships: 171-170, Mount Union.

Mount Union record since 2000: 167-6.  When winning the turnover battle: 163-1.  Wow! 

UWW has won the last two years and is ranked #1.  Sounds like UWW has the confidence, and that usually means a fall. 

Guess I'll go Mt. Union, but I still can't find a line.  Anyone knows what this will be?

Lowest total in the last 6 meetings is 52, and the total is 43.5?

In my opinion, this game is a toss-up as it could go either way, but I think the defending D-III champs have the edge tonight and will get the job done in Stagg Bowl XXXIX.
