Of course they are on opposite sides.  But if your offense sucks because your playmakers get knocked out, and as a result your defense is constantly on the field... how would you expect your defense to perform?

I follow the Pac-10 and Big East religiously (see avatar), and I am convinced that OSU -3 is one of the best plays on the board.

OSU plays great defense, pounds the football and has more speed.

Look at stats or influence or whatever, but Oregon State is a much better football team.

I'm leaning strongly to OSU.............I think Cinci will find them much tougher than a D2 team. There's a chance Stroughter may play, but even w/o him OSU is the better team.

FWIW, Southeast Missouri is not only a I-AA team, they are a very bad I-AA team, one of the worst I-AA programs in the nation. SEMO has had a one winning season in the last 7 years against a I-AA schedule since, that is as far back as the archives on their site go.

SEMO was picked to finish 8th in the Ohio Valley Conference this year by the OVC coaches. The OVC top 2 teams are ranked 18th and 22nd in the national I-AA polls.

This isn’t Appalachian St or Montana St we’re talking about here. Cincinnati’s game against them is not worth much IMO.

I believe SEMO had almost 200 rush yds vs. Cinn so Bernard should go off. In any event, I think defense rules this game and will probably play the under.

Some great insight here. Hasn't changed the fact I'm taking the Bearcats though.
