Capper I totally agree. College football is a joke the way it's done. Coll bball does it right. Tournament. End of story. Butler made it twice in a row. Trust me I think bama I's great but they barely play anyone good

What hemp said. Schedules are made 3-5 years in advance. You can't help big name teams being flops, there is no way to truly know when they make these schedules. They can't help what happened with Arkansas, first off its an SEC school and the SEC makes that part of the schedule and second off this Arkansas team would be a completely different team with Petrino. I understand your points and they are all well made, but you can't blame or penalize Bama for them. Yes, Alabama is beatable, every team is bearable... It's why the games are played. Ranting about how the National Media is portraying Bama as the National Champions already is about as cool as ranting about Republicans or Democrats.

Another note - The style of play from the SEC more closely resembles the NFL better than ANY other college football conference. It's also the reason the SEC has dominated the National Championship scene for the past 6 years. Keep crying about Alabama and the SEC and we'll continue pretending to care.

First off Capper your an idiot and prob a westcoast lover or BUM 12 no defense, or die hard FSU fan, regardless of which it may be your argument is just plain bias and ignorance.  Does CFB need a playoff yes, will the SEC continue to dominate it YES, last years 4 team playoff would of had 3 SEC teams in it..lol... and to say BAMA plays no one might be the dumbest comment ever, if u play in the SEC you play someone ever week, history speaks for itself... the west would of been different if Pitrino hadn't pulled his move, the east has 3 teams as good as anyone in the country and LSU and BAMA, lol.. keep hating.. Oh and Fla St plays and unreal schedule don't they? Clemson is still getting scored on by WVU as we speak, and who else do they play that is credible? oh yeah a SEC school in FLA.. i so they def deserve to be in the championship game if they win 1 game against a SEC school, try winning 8 of them.. with the top 10 is have the SEC.. are u that stupid or just love to hate... the only way BAMA or a SEC school dont win it again is injuries which has hit bama hard in the last 3 weeks.. other than that put another 1 in the trophy case for a SEC school.. .

And LSU might beat BAMA @ LSU all that means is that LSU wins the national championship, people are acting like LSU is overrated because of their scores so far, they are for real and regardless the winner, hopefully BAMA, DEFENSE WILL CONTINUE TO WIN CHAMPIONSHIPS, so score all u want during the regular season cause when it comes to Miami it will be the same story, BIGGER, FASTER, athletes on the Defensive side of the ball beating this shit outta the Oregon's, FSU, etc of the world.. at least JIMBO has listen to his father NICK SABAN and started recruiting like Saban taught him @ LSU

Iagree about Alabama's schedule to date but who would you put above them OREGON. LSU, GEORGIA, S CAROLINA TEXAS, FLORIDA ST. Who?.

I also think you aret giving Mississippi enough credit. I think they have made huge strides against the Texas game defensively. they mad 4 major changes on their defense and it has really helped them.
