I'm glad i'm doin' better than this computer...three wrong from start of bowl season and a helluva lot right...Hawaii lost, Houston lost by 1/2 a friggen point and tonite Oklahoma.  3 compared to the rest of that crap this comp is spitting out...

PTB:  Am working on the basketball thing again now.  It went 1-2 tonight CBB and 1-0 on NBA.  Still need to tune the formulas a little more.  Hopefully in a couple weeks it will start hitting CBB around 70% or more.
 
Kahuna:  Glad you are doing better than the computer, even though the computer went 3-0 on its picks.  Please help us all out and post your predictions 2-3 weeks before the games, so we can tail you and make mega-bucks... pretty please!

Well, the Bowl Season is winding down, with just 3 games left to play.  I told myself, after the computer went 7-0, and then 8-3 back on weeks 8 and 9 I think it was, that I would always bet whatever the computer spat out and never bet on my own.  Well, I should have listened to my own advice.  Here are the results so far broken down for this bowl season:

Computer Picks:  3-0  (100%)  Mich St, Georgia, W. Virginia

Computer Predictions:  15-13 (53.6%)

My Picks:  7-15 (31.8%) 

I guess the old adage applies, dance with the one that brought you (or something like that).

Won't be posting any NCAAF picks until October next year, as I will be playing in the Big Sandbox (Iraq).  I look forward to another profitable season in College Football with you all next year, and I hope you all win big on whatever wagers you make.

Thanks for the picks and best of luck in Iraq.  I recently retired from the  Air Force and know what deployments are all about although I never went to Iraq.  Had a lot of friends that went though.   Not sure how many years you have in the military or what branch of service you are in but I would highly encourage you to make a career out of it especially if you are in the Air Force.

Thanks for all the plays this year will be waiting for next years. Curios also on what branch of service? I spent two years at Twenty Nine Palms in 80 and 81 while in the Marine Corp.  Very hot and very cold. Cobras.
