Apology for TCU play

I would like to apologize to all the cappers and players out there that have been on board with me through my run. Last nights display of Coaching , kicking, and all around Officiating was a disgrace to college football and stopped my streak on survivor at 13 , I hope i didn't cost you alot of cash,. If you watched the game as i did you should know that TCU should have coverd the line with ease and it is games like this that make you think that there are other forces controlling our money. With that said i will carry on and start capping for a Huge weekend.. I am on a mission starting this morning to shut down Vegas... GO GET EM

I came on board with you on that TCU game.  Im happy about taking them last night, considering they completely dominated that football game.  Nothing you can do about that game, as TCU was clearly the better team.  I dont know how a top 15 football team can have a kicker who cant make a 26 yard field goal.  Tough loss but Ill be checking back for the weekend.  Good luck.

I hear you, i liked TCU too even though it went against "the theory".  Whenever there's a home dog that's +1 or +2 they end up winning the game, even if it seems they are overmatched as Utah was.  I typically try to avoid these games unless i like the home team.

TCU had plenty of opportunities to put that game away!  Missing a couple of field goals, non stop freakin false start penalties, and getting sacked on third down twice to knock them out of field goal range.  Not like that would have mattered, because the kicker couldn't make a field goal to save his life.  You don't have to apologize, I didn't tail you but of course was on TCU since freakin Sunday.  Its almost stupid, sucks about the competition bro..best of luck the rest of the season!

LOL, it's not your fault buddy!  I had TCU big, over big, and even lost a teaser with tcu and the over...really big!!  well there goes all my money from being 6-1 this week (prior to last night)

apologize for what? the fuckin kicker shanking 1 easy FG and 1 mediocre FG? are you kidding....Kind of game that I have to replace the drywall in my basement from punching it.

Seriously man, you don't need to apologize.  If people tailed you, that's their fault.  TCU should have won that game plain and simple and I lot of people (including myself) had money on TCU.  But don't ever feel like you have to explain yourself to anyone.  Everyone is their own man and sports betting is not an exact science.
 
Keep your head up and continue capping good games because in the long run if you take TCU against Utah 10 times, more than likely they'll win the majority of the time.

What are you apologizing about?  That was the right side, they dominated that game and even though they got an L, they thoroughly convinced me that they were the better team and I would take them every time in the same situation.

You're right, dude.  The books were all over the fact that TCU's kicker would miss 2 chip shot field goals late in the game.  If you stand by your Utah pick and would do it again today knowing what you know now, then you, sir, have that property in New Orleans for a reason. (See Wahoo's post concerning this)

bro i hate to say to the officiating cost them....  it helped tcu all game
 
if u watched the same game with the same announcers , they kept on with no p.i.'s against tcu when they would tackle them before the ball got their and ref would say uncatchable
 
happened 3 x in second half i believe
 
and top daddy i would play utah again and again against the horned frogs and i was on them against byu, but utah is legit and played better comp.

That's fine Payne, if you stick by your bet, that's commendable, but for me, I consider that overall to be the 2nd worst beat of the season only to FAU ML backers against MTSU on the last second hail mary.
 
For this game, though, by itself, I just don't see how anyone can say that Utah was the right bet here.  Yes, you won money, and at the end of the day, it was the right side, but it was a moose job like few others this year.  I mean, Utah got 30% of their entire offensive production on their final drive of the game. 
 
I just don't understand these clowns that are saying this was an easy bet that went exactly as planned for them...
 
At the end of the day though, Utah backers won more money than I did, so...

I'm not saying the Books knew the FG would miss.  I'm saying the Books knew TCU wasn't covering the point spread.  Somehow, someway, somewhere, Utah was winning that game.

Nothing to apologize for. I still think TCU was the right play. None could have saw those 2 easy fgs being missed. And that bad play when the cb commited a defensive pass interference play. Oh well.

Man no reason to apologize...unless your the TCU FG kicker There's no way you or any of us TCU backers last night could've seen that comin, it boils down to miss oppurtunities on ST. 2 missed FG was the difference and that's it, not to mention there's no reason TCU shouldnt have stopped them on 4th down late in the game last night.. BOL and lets get our MONEY
