UCONN/Butler

I see a close game here.   Not to discredit UConn's last win, but Kentucky kind of beat themselves by chucking too many 3's (9-27, 33%) and missing free throws (4-12, 33%).   These are 2 key areas where Butler excels.  

That being said, I'll prob be taking Butler plus the points.   Hope I can get it at my book later at +3.5 so I can buy the hook and get +4.

You're right, they don't have that supreme athleticism.   But I think they get it done on defense by being smart and rotating well.   I watch Howard on defense sometimes and he is just all over the place helping out on double teams and picking up whoever is left open. 

I agree on Lamb, his size is definitely going to be tough for Butler's smaller guards.   It will be interesting to see how they plan to try and contain him.

All that aside, I think we're definitely in for a great game. 

Best of luck Sarah.  Great writeup and analysis of these two teams.  I think your dead on.  I lean Uconn as well but this has to be one of the toughest championship games to pick in quite some time, therefore UConn will be a small play for me.  My gut tells me this is their year and Kemba seems to be on a mission, but its hard to go against Mack, Howard and this Butler team which is also very well coached.  I know u don't play totals like u said but I lean to the over in this one...both good free throw shooting teams which helps...something we can't say for Kentucky or any Calipari led team for that matter lol...Good luck and yes isn't Bodio a great capper?  He has made me some serious $$$ this year.  P.S. watch for his baseball picks too...tailed his 3 baseball picks yesterday and put them in a three teamer which hit as well as Braves today
