nova has 0 chance at the final 4.  wagers over this site with clowns are inept though, no way the money would ever be collected.

nova did get the worst 2 seed and 1 seed in their bracket last year, although i wouldnt call boston a homecourt.

First of all, at no point did UNCforever mention anything involving the quality of Carolinas team this year or make any comparison of Carolina to Nova at all.  You Nova fans are the ones who brought it up and apparently you guys have some "sour grapes" about Carolina in the past.  He basically was saying that Nova CAREERED from behind the arc last night.  It happens, he lost the bet, i lost the bet, Nova is the better team, and the Nova homers took it personal. 

As for ACC coaching, I am a UNC fan and personally Roy Williams is a great recruiter and is a good coach off the court but his oncourt coaching is marginal at best in my opinion.  He let kentucky go on something like a 30-2 run the other day (which he has done with several teams in the past) without calling a time out because he likes to "save them til the end of the game".  In my opinion they will be useless if you are losing by 20.  I hate Duke with a passion and all the "still slapping the floor when you are up by 40 against Slippery Rock in the 2nd half" players that they have had in the past, but coach K is hands down the best coach in college basketball without the presence of Bobby Knight these days.  So for the Nova homers, lets be realists when analyzing games and coaches.

rza-gza- you are really giving Nova fans a bad name. 1st off, just like all the "new tucky" fans in here, I'm glad you joined just to talk up your team. 2nd, I have not seen you talk about ANY other team yet. This does not show you know anything about basketball, just that you might watch Nova games. 3rd, don't even try telling me you even "know so much about this team". So far, they were going to blow everyone out. That was you breakdown. You laughed at me when I said they weren't going to cover over GM, yeah, last second comeback. and last, this is a team I talked about and warned everyone in here they were a tough matchup. I made my biggest bet of the yr on them last yr (20 Units +2 vs. Puke, 10 Units ML), and won a very nice amount.

So, don't even think about coming in here and "telling us all you great knowledge"

Oh yeah, why does your state you are in, have anything to do with it? I guess everyone in Pennsyltucky ONLY goes to school there?

I guess I could have never gone to UNC and then got a job in Jersey?

I was responding mainly to the ridiculous comment that almighty Cuse would "run Nova out of the gym", followed by more comments about Purdue burying Nova, and other drivel.  People have a tendency to throw around big words and make harsh statements like "bury, beatdown, run off court" when they just lost $ betting against that team.  It's called sour grapes.

In your grill defense on EVERY possession is what makes this Nova team go--St Joe isn't gonna know what hit them Wednesday night in the Holy War---Hopeful that the line is 15 or below for that Nova will blow them out...GL

I am not a Nova fan just a close follower of Philly hoops...Not having an established big man is gonna hurt this team eventually in league play on some nights--flip side although he is not a big man Reggie Redding who is suspended for smokn' a little dope returns soon and this guys is gonna really tighten them up on both ends of the floor...GL
