It means that the majority of wagers are on one side (in this case FSU) and the line goes the other way..."reverse line movement".

I think LSU is one of the few teams that are ranked pretty high that actually care about having a good showing.  I like them in this spot tonight.  They cover I think.  I like Tenn also in the later game.

But ASU is my POD.

Same thing with the Memphis total and the under is still looking pretty good..... Love FSU already hit it at 9 earlier this morning....

its when the line goes the opposite direction of the public money. 
FSU half point isn't really true RLM, but the public money is on FSU but the line instead of dropping lower the line moved up.

Yeah, I like the 1st Half UNDER as well, but, it didn't fit as a "system" play. I'm hoping it goes waaaaay UNDER in the 1st which would give me a nice middle opportunity with the 2nd Half OVER.
