I love betting baseball more than any other sports and have made money the past 5 summers except 2005.
ALL other sports I lose but still bet them.
Honestly I am down for my life gambling....I'm estimating in the vicinity of $70,000. I don't know this for sure and truthfully I don't really want to know because it's probably more than that. One day I would like to save up enough money to be able to afford to lose around $77,000 on one bet and say screw it and bet 77k to win 70 k and try to get back to even....

Hahahha that's hilarious. . . . but I agree, if you can consistently make money off of sports gambling I'll tip my hat to you. I've hovered around even for the most part (only been gambling a year or so. . . on and off). However, I can honestly tell you I have NOT lost money gambling, and that's important for us college kids

Great post guys! Last week was brutal.It is true that number wise I have more wins but my losses are the biggest bets so when I'll get back I'll try to bet even. Once again I appreciated all the support and insight.I'll be a spectator for a while. to all

Hang in there Chess! I am in the same boat as most people.....float.....float and float some more. Anyone that hits over 60% consistently I would love to know. I do well for a few weeks and then hit a dry spell. College hoops are definitely where I have been making the most money. College football killed me but I always seemed to even it out in the NFL. There are several good cappers in the NCAA hoops forum to lean towards as well. Only way to win is to hang in there and keep hammering away.

Now, I know my luck will end soon but I am glad that I got to experience what it feels like to be a winner for a change.

one thing that nobody ever mentions is not only capping the games and the sports, but capping yourself. tracking everything, measuring everything that you personally bet on i believe is a good idea. have a spreadsheet or database of your bets and cap yourself just as you would track trends or stats in the games you bet on. this is very important to me and has helped me a lot. you can break it down however you want, such as 'how do i perform' in certain conferences, favs vs dogs, favs 1-5 pts vs favs 6+ pts, high profile games vs low profile, conference games vs non-conference, regional games vs non-regional, after a hot streak,etc etc. this helps track your own tendencies and lets you know your own biases so you can not only improve on what you need to improve on, but also allows you to limit making the same mistakes over and over again. "hmmmm i've played the acc out of conference 8 times and haven't faded them yet and i'm 1-7 in doing so" or "wow i'm 6-0 betting the afc north this year; obviously i have a good read on them". you can't improve what you can't measure.
i disagree with a lot of people that say playing less games is more profitable. i treat every sport and every season as a grind and constantly adjust, but i play a lot of games. i don't expect to hit at an amazing clip. i expect to hit at a pretty decent clip and the more games that i play, i can hit at a less clip and still make the same amount of money as someone who is betting the same amount as me, is hitting at a higher clip, and playing less games. that's the way i look at it. i expect to hit around the same percentage if i play 100 or 500 games though. a lot of people are simply a lot better than me and can hit at a higher percentage, but wouldn't be able to maintain that if they played more games, so it makes sense to them to be more selective.

Indian Cowboy was hot like 11 nba in a row but has come back to earth,and he is a tout,If anyone whats his picks I can get them,but buying picks is not the answer,ask anyone buying Lang picks,down over 500 dimes last few months.
If you need a break take it,if you go on lower your bets until you get back in a winning streak,and if your losing all the close ones your having bad luck now,but that will even out.GL with what you do.

follow these two guys you will make money. micelli plays alot of games .one of the that does well. been reading these forms for alot of years dont rarely post. good luck .
