Dayton has really dropped off and I couldnt help but notice yesterday when I was researching a crappy St. Joe's that they had a horrible loss to them....
If you wanna tell me at home....last home ame they went to overtime with a mediocre Duquesne team....

Rhode Island is a REALLY good team and had a tough los vs a very Xavier team down the stretch......

If you look at common opponents.....the before metioned st. joes they beat by 30.... duquesne by 8 in regulation....
i think i showed you who im leanin towards

This is just a review on glace as you can tell this is not extended research.....just an extreme lean

I'm a Dayton season ticket holder and I would be very careful with this game.  I think odds makers have nailed this line.  Don't underestimate home court in this game.  This game will be a sellout and the fans know Dayton needs this win.  Dayton is riding a 30 game home winning streak, good for 3rd in the nation.  Dayton is coming off a loss (St. Joe's) that is their only loss outside of the RPI top 20 all year. 

Rhode Island is a very good team and this game should be another close win for Dayton.  Dayton has a great record in games decided by 6 points or less over the last couple years.  The Flyers have great senior leadership and I think this is a bounce-back spot for Dayton at home. In addition, they have St. Bonaventure on deck, so really not a "look ahead" game.

I think you nailed it right on the head. IMO this line is way too tight to make a play. Both teams need a win here, but Dayton particularly needs it after the SJU loss on Saturday.

Yeah that dude is spot on. I should thank him for saving me the time of writing that out. This game could go either way, and I may put a unit on one team or the other come gametime, but don't go overboard with the wager.

Thank you! This is what this forum is about, getting good information  I was seriously considering taking Rhode Island now I'm looking in a different direction! Thank you for a great write up.

URI can't win big games. Simple as that.

If this drops I'll play UD, but at 5 it's just not that appealing to me

I'm going to the game and this is a UD play or nothing for me for all of the same reasons Snackman said.  Leaning towards no play.
