Villanova -4.5 12:00 ET ***Nova just lost at DePaul. Pitt. lost Cook their heart and soul during the Duke game, and I don't think they know how much they miss him until this true road game. Let's not forget Duke was pretty much running Pitt. off the court most of that game. I really like the Cats at home today after a loss against a top ranked Conference power. They will be ready. Ohio St. -16 12:00 ET ***Ohio St. is on a serious UP-TICK. After beating Florida and owning Ill. Ohio St. has really got a good thing going now with Confer. play getting ramped up. NW has improved somewhat, but they still really are over matched here. NW on the road in conf. play should be enough to think OSU can get this game over the number. OSU will just be too much if you look at the home\away stats for these to teams it's a mis-match from the opening tip. Marquette +1.5 1:00 ET ***I am not going to cap much of this for you because this game doesn't need broke down at all. If WV's coach was not Bob Huggins, they would be 4-6 point dogs at home WV is a fraud. If any of you seen WV play ND who is half the team Marquette is, you know what I am talking about. WV is not a good team in any department, can't score, can't defend, can't think. Get in quick because by tip Marquette will be the favorite by tip-off. The linesmakers missed this one early and will be tugging that line the other way quickly. Kent St. -16 1:00 ET Kent St. just got taught a serious lesson about their team and about basketball by NC last time out. Buffalo is in for a long day. The numbers are very off here. Kent St. gets out to a lead and never looks back at home in this one. Go with the humiliated by NC Kent St. team in a rout at home against Buffalo. Pitt. beat Buff. by roughly 50, and Niagra even got over this number against Buff. North Carolina -5 7:00 ET NC just runs you like mush hound for 40 minutes. I just take NC with anything -5 or less every chance I get. 5 points to them is something they can get in the blink of an eye. I know Clemeson has been playing very well. It's a national stage and big bad NC is coming to town. They both do play an up-beat fast-paced brands of basketball but, last time I checked........trying to play with NC in a track meet is not a fair fight. That is my card today. Guys, I want to add Penn St. +9 also. That seems like an awful lot of points with two evenly matched teams. Penn St. is alot better than the past. The real reason this line is so high is Penn St. on the road in Confer. is unreal crappy. They got that figured out at NW last game with a road win. I like Drake alot in that one. They are the better team, but Evansville has lost a few in a row and are at home against a big dog getting a nice spot from the books. Tol. you are completlly off with west va .. did you say they cant score ? well they shoot 55 % from the field combined ( 20th in nation) and ranked 9th in nation in offensive Efficiency (scoring per offensive position) did you say they cant defend? well they're 25th in country..they're also 26th in country forcing turnovers...better than marquette in both category despite having played better team offensivly ... good luck with your picks ||Peace_5.gif' border=0>

I agree.. but ND was on the road.. and we saw how good ND is last night.. either or.. good luck with your other plays

marquette is better than Wv in all these catagories. Field Goal % Free Throw % Defense Rebounding This number is almost the same number Duke gave marquette. Give me a break. WV lost to OU??? Marquette will be fine against Bob and his dumpy Mountaineers. GL ||Peace_5.gif' border=0>

there is no doubt marquette is better in all these catagories.. I was simply refering to the fact that WEST VA was in top 20 in the nation offense and defense.. and you mentioned that they cant score nor can defend... that is all I said,, didnt say they will win or lose..

Like I mentioned................what have you done lately is a major part of my capping. WV scored 56 on ND. They have no def. Marquette couldn't be held under 60 with 4 players. WV is not playing that well right now. Top 20 in off or def. doesn't matter to me. 3 points per game could be the difference in 10 slots in that ranking? Useless for me in capping.
