2010 9-5 (&#x2B;2980)2009 3-4 (-1010)2008 13-12 (-170)2007 10-10-1 (&#x2B;300)2006 12-5-1 (&#x2B;3175) 2005 13-8 2004 10-9 2003 10-1-1 Back to back road games and the toughest road trip in the WAC, heading to Ruston, LA, and then to Las Cruces.....Hawaii has lost their two scholarship guards for the year.Only PG Hiram Thompson is left. He played all 40 minutes last game and had 5 assists to 7 turnovers.Thompson is also playing with an injured shoulder.Hawaii played valiantly against La Tech, but it should also be noted that La Tech played uninspired, heaving up 5 for 20 bricks from the 3 point line. La tech led by double digits most of the way...NMST has two more days of rest and is coming off a beating to Fresno State.....Last game in Hawaii was decided by a buzzer beater...pretty sure NMSU is going to remember that.....Too much pressure, too much travel, too much fatigue, and way too much guard play are going to eat Hawaii&#x27;s only guard up......Hawaii and their 6 man rotation just wont be able to hang......NMSU -11 1/2 770 to win 700

What do you think about the first half -6.5? Decent amount of points to cover in the first half, but Hawaii got destroyed on the road early against Utah State and San Jose State.

Got most of it at 147.5, have it projected at 136.5.  Hawaii has little offense without Dwain Williams and has been playing better defensively without him.  IMO, Hawaii is better off without LAY as he is a terrible shooter and takes far too many. His ASS/TO ratio is also not good.  They might improve offensively without him, but I&#x27;ll take that chance.  Just wanted to get your two cents on the under here and if you think indeed that Hawaii will improve without Lay.  Thanks bud.
