We have another 1st round flop with the Flames losing at home. Smith very spotty in this series, he would alternate between good and bad games. Pretty much hung out to dry last night.
The board, what's left of it, took it on the chin. But Weebs won his OU play, despite Smith having other ideas
Brickwall alerts for the Preds and Blues game. I see these being even more tight checking and conservative than usual. Also like the under in the Caps game, but worry the refs will be very whistle happy for a good deal of PP's

Nashville may be tough at home but with an anaemic power play during the playoffs they are not going to advance in this round. If not for a couple of cheap goals let in during game 3, the Stars could be leading this series 3-1. I think Dallas is the hungrier team here, as Nashville has had their chances, and I see them falling as another victim in this years playoff of upsets. I expect this to be a tight checking low scoring affair, but the top line of the Stars may be the deciding factor. Love the price on this dog as they already have a victory under the belts in Nashville.
ST. LOUIS -145
Really like the BLUES here as the Jets absolutely blew their chance of putting the red-hot Blues away in their last home game by letting a 2-0 third period lead slip away on home ice, unable to hold off the surging Blues giving up the game winning goal with 15 seconds to go in regulation. That loss has got to be on the Jets players and they know it, they know they could not hold the Blues off when it really mattered. The Blues on the other hand are feeling nothing but confidence heading home, and look to put a halt to this road team winning in the other teams building pattern This series has seen as all 5 games played won by the road team. I think that changes today as the Blues fans will likely be rabid cheering their team to victory at home. Expect another close one, but I think the Blues are full of confidence and expect them to finish off the sub-par Jets today.
