Yeah this isn't as bad as game 2 but it's obvious as well. I mean there was a play Chara cross checked hyman on the numbers after a whistle and nothing.
Even near the end of the 2nd period, zaitsev was smarting hard around the net and Marchand put his stick in his skate and no call.

Does it change anything using Jewish here, really? I guess you guys don't get movies like Godfather and Goodfellas in Canada..
As for your overall premise, so you really think ratings are so much higher for American teams in the finals? How high are they to begin with? Right now, 2 of your teams have flat out choked and we'll see if one of them has any balls left tonight..the Leafs also need to learn how to close quickly against a weaker opponent
And if Calgary or Winnipeg was smart, they would have picked up a gift from one of "your" teams, Ottawa, Stone..

I could have ignored the initial comment, but this follow-up is just disgusting and over the top.
Covers is no place for hateful rants. Mods, please show some respect and box at least this thread, and preferably Polar Bear himself.
How does frustration about a perceived and unfounded bias against the Leafs in yesterday's first period translate to anti-Semitism? I respect his capping skills, but I have continued to see posts like these that make me lose all respect for him as a human. I hope he gains some perspective and learns that hatred solves nothing.

I say meaningless because more dirty trades and free agent signings can always be made. Your tv ratings question literally makes zero sense so not even sure how to respond to that. The sole plan/goal for over a quarter century has been to make the league less Canadian and more American and the sport in general and he has accomplished that in spades with a plethora of cups to undeserving southern states, cities but i'm personally exhausted giving countless examples and videos of all their dirty goings on. It's business, BIG business and I totally get it. As for Canadians tuning out, tons have been actually for over a decade now interests has been on the decline both watching and participating in the sport while in both categories it has grown in America so his plan continues to work, It's actually very simple straight forward business and has been since the day he got control. Enjoy the playoffs and GL with your wagers if you make any, do you gamble? not being funny, never see you post plays, or you use to?? Anyway if you do gamble on anything hidden goodluck with it all the same, we can all agree to disagree, i'm done with this topic, just needed to rant last night for a minute, this was a good place to do it, take care[/Quote
Buddy-does describing Bettman and Stern need to have his religion included? That's the whole point! You and him have the body parts last I checked....and your thought on him helping us poor southern US cities win Cups? Maybe if your choking President's Cup losers like the Canucks in 2012 played defense, tighter and had some intestinal fortitude in April, you might have a few...but I guess the Kings are just lucky...and I'm sure Bettman spiked Goudreau's water this week...
Maybe if your current Canadian teams picked up Stone as they could have, they might still be alive
I don't post plays in here often, I do gamble..
