not much time. had all of these written earlier in week right after the matches were done so Ill just take a shot at all of them.
Settle , Molinari. 5 guys tied at the top, all have won a Major; and a bunch of solidplayers right behind. should be a great wknd for Golf coming up. will be quite content if he can remain in Top 10, and if still in contention tmrw all the better. but like he said ystday 'the course can quickly take back what it gives'. so perhaps we'll see some separation at the top today, theres quite a logjam up there from 1st to 15th.
another "sandwich' wknd. went 0-2 last week in the traditional plays as Pool & Ajax both won as roadies. decided to get 'cute' and fade the home teams as well and got my butt handed to me there as they all won too. (tho' the least strongest play in my melon actually hit as City only won 1-0 to cover the HC)
ALL 8 teams are pretty much still in the hunt to advance though I wont put up with much of an argument regarding Porto; technically speaking, a two goal deficit at home is still 'do-able'.
Crystal Palace/City +1.5 @-102 - the thing which is keeping me from taking the draw is City plays before Pool. i would LOVE to say 'Pepe will rest starters', but the dropoff in talent from starters-to-bench is probably one of the slightest in europe.
Huddersfield/Tott right off the top of my head; the second that match ended, I went in and took Hudd. I know, I know.....ive seen the EPL table. But with Harry & Delli out and a bunch of nicked up players and the need to dig into their bench, Tott should have zero desire to burn any more energy than what is necessary. (ie... no motivation to go for the blowout) so hopefully 2 goals, at worst, is good enough for the 'Push'. Huddersfield +2 @-115

SPAL/Juventus - we are using our bench & youth squad players. no need to go into details, this is about as 'meaningless' of a match are you are going to get. also, a point OFFICIALLY clinches the Scudetto for the 8th straight time ---- so maybe we will just wait till at home to do that next week. (fyi, its a big, big, FESTIVE Holiday next weekend out here.... especially on Monday) so i'll just stick with SPAL to win @+325, draw @+220
Ajax/Excelsior - Ajax handed me my head on a platter winning 4-1 on the road the wknd before Juve visits?? now they are at home, tied for first place, going up against a relegation club. PASS.
ManU/West Ham - starting to wonder if United seeing the writing on the wall. theyre d*mn fortunate that 0-1 scoreline wasnt worse. and slipping out of the EPL europe slot in the middle of a bad run of form too. but these guys have been masters of 'hanging around' this year so I gotta give them credit. wins in Stamford Br., White Hart, Etihad, Paris, Turin....Camp Nou wont faze them. so, EPL or UCL? would love to take the Hammers here but dont know enough about where Uniteds heads are at. PASS.
Huesca/Barca - Messi & Co were knocked around at every chance midweek. an 11 pt lead on Atletico with ManU on deck again vs a cellar dweller fightingfor their relegation lives and this is a recipe for a 'throw away' game. like Juve, the fact theyre only 130 juice says it all. Huesca to win @+385, draw @+310.

Serie A: "Christmas in April" is what a friend told me his book said regarding last weeks results. and they sure as h*ll cleaned house last wknd. even Juventus winning scr*wed a lot LOT of folks, go figure. thats how bad it was. (at least on THIS side of the table). so, hoping for a 'correction' this Round because ive never heard of TWO Christmas' in April.
not doing writeups..... Molinari.
Serie A:
Torino to win @-115 - Belottis suspension is concerning.
SPAL/Juve BTTS @+110 - Giorgio is out, auto-play.
Milan pick @-114 - theyre in a free-fall but Lazio has poor record in San Siro,
Inter -1 @evens, Frosinone/Inter over 2.5 @-123 - Inter clinches CL spot with a 'w'.

BOL today Spec. I’ll give it to ya, fading City on a goal and a half hc is one on the hardest betting things I do. Doesn’t even seem to faze you lol impressive
There are plenty of ppl (maybe they’re delusional fans) who think United have a really good chance at Camp Nou next week. I am not one of those ppl. But they’re out there lol and in droves. But with United’s midfield, just don’t see it happening. I guess they could be the luckiest team on the planet and have Barca gift them a couple goals the way PSG and the ref did

I did a parlay bro... Tottenham win to nil.... Sevilla.... and Torino....
Waiting on Sevilla here but its looking ok so far.... Belotti suspension has me nervous too... Would you hedge in my situation? Essentially, I can get the Cagliari double chance at even money to hedge my Torino moneyline.... I liked Torino a lot in this spot but worry about their scoring prowess minus Belotti

uh oh.... shaping up to be another one of 'THOSE' Sundays..... Molinari.
DTP , thats where NOT watching a team too much comes in handy. playing 'situations' and not the team, is extremely advantageous in futbol. ManU? every time I keep watching them play I keep asking self afterwards 'how they get this far to begin with'? (kind of reminds me of our WC run back in '06). theyre going to try to sit back and maybe catch Barca with a late one. problem with that is sitting back vs Barca is a death sentence. more on that later. by the way.... Huddersfield cant be THAT bad. are they?
General , ehhh? what you doing playing parlays to begin with? (joking) Im on them as well but Torinos entire offensive schemes are designed around him. however, Torino are night & day home/away (12 of 16 roadies draws; fewest in Serie A at home). but see their record at home? 9-1-5; but with just a goal difference of 8. they need to keep pace with Roma and still within range of that CL slot next year. Cagliari are brutal on road, safe from relegation, and missing their best defender. Torino "should" win this one. if youre thinking of 'protecting', perhaps wait till the half; I dont think Cagliari has had a lead on the road at the whistle all season long except vs cellar dweller Chievo. might want to keep the Rolaids nearby though.
monkee that 'w' came with a huge price for Milan with more injuries.
nice day. faded Barca, Juventus, and ManC on the same weekend and come out on top. ill take it.

Spec, very nice hit on Spal Makes it easier betting against your team when you hit a +330 like that... AND when they are almost 20 points clear of 2nd lol
To answer your question, yes, Huddersfield IS THAT BAD. Idk if they’re worse than Chievo, but it’s pretty close. Might be the worst team outta all the big 4 leagues. It’s brutal to watch.
That was a tough break on City today. Right idea fading them. Just bad luck Sterling “got loose” that late.
If I watched golf, I’d be rooting for your boy, but sadly, I can’t find more enjoyable things to do sitting on my toilet lol so I will pass. Hope he cashed for ya tho.

Inter -1 @evens, Frosinone/Inter over 2.5 @-123 (W, W)
Lecce -1 @-130 (W)
and a sweet payout with Molinari making the Top 10 @+200.
DTP, i have zero problems betting against my guys if the situation calls for it (hit 3 out of 4 this year fading them and nailed the BTTS quite often. got 6 games left to concede 2 more for a big-time future to cash in.
Hudder?? i knew they were weak, but to lose 4-0 in THAT kind of situation their opponent is?? geez. worse than Chievo??? i have no idea. what would we even use for a comparison? Hudder, Chievo, Hannover, Huesca, or Caen?? thats a h*ll of a convo right there. (laughing)
golf? well, Molinari has a huge following, as you can imagine. aside from two braincramps we are PROUD of his accomplishment. i only watch the Majors, but let me tell ya; the final 9 holes is like 34-36 shots on average (give or take). think of Liverpool making the CL Finals and sitting through a 90 minute PK session. been thru a WC and Euro PK sessions in my lifetime and like someone mentioned in here ... no fun watching. golf is same.
when Molinari sank that birdie putt on the 17th i think the city erupted...... quite a few people had him in the Top 5 which paid 400+. if last week was 'christmas' for the books then this past wknd is the day after new years with a major hangover. theyll always still be in business, but that had to have hurt.
