It's always the team I personally hate that wins. I hate Duke with a passion. Everytime they make a shot, a part of me dies inside. I want them to lose badly but they just keep grinding out wins somehow.
MSU is undoubtedly the better basketball TEAM, everybody knows this. Experienced pg, strong frontcourt, better overall players and shooters. They are much better on both sides, more efficient, offense flows much better as they actually run nice plays, unlike Duke who just relies on individual talent and ONLY runs ball screens to get Zion and Rj 1 on 1 and then let them just play 1 on 1 ball. If anybody doesn't notice, just WATCH and focus on the plays Duke runs. It's all they run really, you cannot argue with me on this.
Duke has only Zion who's good enough to win them games on his own. Rj is inconsistent and Cam was nonexistent in the last game as usual. Both of them are busts mark my words. They'll be playing in the same league as their old alumni Grayson Allen in the G or D league or whatever.
But even though I say all these negative things about Duke, cheap Duke is still going to win somehow. Why? Because for some reason Duke still has championship DNA. These sort of teams find a way to win when playing bad and with Zion they never got beaten convincingly once this season. Zags got them once in a 2 pt win and that's the only game they lost at full strength, but that was early in the year in one of those exhibition tourneys. Duke comes through in close games. Coach K owns Izzo, he's going to make sure that is going to rub off onto the players and for sure it'll give them a mental edge.
Only chance for MSU here really is if they put Duke away early, lead by 20 and have Zion get in foul trouble or foul out, possible but I think more likely not going to happen.
All Duke really needs to do here is stay in the game till the last 3-4 mins. That's where I think Duke will be better, I would trust them more in the last 5 mins as I feel they are more prepared (having already played 2 down to wire games) and seem to thrive to be in these close 1 possession games and pull it out.
The game I predict will happen how I'm writing about these teams. MSU will lead and be the better team and be in control most of the game, but then Duke rallies and grinds it out at the end.
Will be taking -2.5 and going on live and adding on if I see anything better like -1.5 or better. Incase these fools just win by 2 missing free throws at the end or some bs.

Btw, it was a joke on Cam Reddish. I actually think he's a liability to Duke and is not even injured. Think he's just totally lost confidence in himself at this crucial point of season and has a broken shot kind of like Trey Duvall and coach K knows this and just not gonna risk playing him to hurt their chances. They actually looked better without him last game and he could have cost them the game vs VA Tech if he played.
