So I'm in a large pool over 1000 entries at $50 each - so big payouts. Finished 3rd last year. Looking for advice on picks this year.
Pool is standard 1-2-4-8-16-32 point format. Yes so you have to pick the winner and runner up to finish in the $.
There is a twist though- you gain extra points for picking lower seeds to win in each round BUT the dog has to win the NEXT round for you to get point for the previous round. Got it?
Question for the forum - WHICH LOWER SEEDED Team do you see winning the FIRST TWO games?
and What lower seeeded team can win 2 or more games anywhere in the tourney?

How low are we talking? Lowest seed with best chance of making it to the 16?
Probably Oregon. If they beat Wisconsin ( +1 ) , they either face a K State missing Wade or UC Irvine... I can see oregon's heater continuing through to the sweet 16.

The lower the seed the better = more points if they win that second game. Looking at #12 Liberty over MS St and Va Tech, and Oregon, also like Florida, and Cinnci in Columbus.

Belmont may be worth a shot. I think you should focus on the higher seeds uou dont have reaching the elite 8, and then narrow down who you wanna take a stab with....oregon has a decent set up like mentioned, and i seriously doubt you have wisconsin or k st making it past virginia if they do get that far.....
