Yes, yes they are. Aren't they all before first pitch? You people will be foolish to fade them.
SD/NYM Over 7 100/110 Apparently no one will score here even though the wind is howling out to left which almost never happens at CitiField. DeGrom probably has a sore shoulder after warming up for a game which never got played last night.
MINN 100/115 Neither team is very good, but the Twins put forth an effort almost every game. I can't say the same for the always over valued Blow Jays.
TEX -1.5 100/165 Hamels is not what he used to be, but he's still better than good. If Gallardo can throw a shutout here against the Indians yesterday, Hamels can throw a no hitter against the A's. Plus he's auditioning for the Yankees.
AZ TT Over 4.5 100/100 Hot team playing away from their kryptonite which is their home. Wind is quiet at Wrigley, so apparently that makes Lucas Farrell a safe bet as the Cubs starter? I think not.
LAA -1.5 105/100 Clearly a mammoth mismatch despite the Angels propensity for underwhelming us. That's why it's an equal opportunity play although I may go higher on it.

Love the guy who was born down I-4 in Deland and attended Stetson University right after Corey Kluber did.
I just don't think he'll be in the game long. 6 innings max. Hoping that deGrom might get some run support for the first time in forever. He's #1 among qualified starters for least run support per start. It's not even close.

Dude you shipping GEM #2s for free. And that's on average. Degrom Ace fade any squad. ERA says, era retired attachment. Picture Kersaw dealing for 7 mil?

I think it's his last start for the Texicans and it'll be a good one. Damn good.
I might be nuts but I don't think Hamels is going anywhere. High salary just to add another 3/4 to the roster. He has slipped enough that he is hard to move now. jmho
Now and then even a BLIND squirrel can find an acorn

When Machado was on the market and the Phillies and Brewers kept coming up as the front runners, I almost crapped my pants. After Seager went down for the year, only the Dodgers were in play.
And now, after Montgomery gets the Tommy John treatment, the Yankees are in the game for a starter especially with Sonny Gray being such a disappointment. The best LHP on the market is Hamels and the Yankees know it. They don't need an ace with their offense. Just a guy who can be a quietly strong #2 or 3 and Hamels fits the bill. Money is never an object with New York.
This just in : The Boston Red Sox can finish the season 1 game under .500 and still win 100 games.

The Yankees won't necessarily focus on a lefty. What they need is a winner. Hamels is also one of those protected guys that has to approve his trade and it is very questionable if he wants to go back east again. If the Angels or Dodgers beckon (or even Mariners) that would probably be more to his liking. Those left coast parks must look mighty appealing right now. Money won't stop those three either, but what they have to give up in personnel may be a road block.
