Gonna be a light week... my gut is telling me to stay away from most of these games. List of leans smallest I've had all season.
ULL/Idaho O 62 $150 Lafayette has allowed 48, 66, 45 and 56 in their 4 games so far. Lafayette should be getting QB Jordan Davis back today and that will be an asset for both teams, as he is a better runner than backup Andre Nunez and he turns the ball over a lot too. Both teams are below average in TOP, so there should be plenty of possessions. Both teams also struggle to rush the passer or create negative plays on defense.
Other leans are: Marshall, UTSA, Auburn, Oregon St, Alabama/A&M Over. Nothing really stands out to me. A few spots I'm looking for are Washington 2nd half if they start slow again. Gonna play close attention to WVU/TCU 2H. If I only end up with the one play for the weekend I'm fine with that.

On Wash, peep if they're using Gaskin much in H1, i've been noticing coach has been giving other RB's up to 2/3's of the carries vs some weaker opponents... might not matter but H2 is when Gaskin steam rolls those tired D's ...Cal might be a time for coach to save gaskins legs before their gauntlet...

Marshall -14 $200 Last week I said a motivated Marshall team is a good Marshall team as they have been gaining momentum these last few weeks and I believe they will be ready to go here in the C-USA opener. Charlotte has not been good at all, while they looked better last week against FIU I dug a little deeper. They blew a 26-7 lead. They also did not turn the ball over, which you would think is a good thing... but FIU has only forced 3 turnovers all season. Charlotte is still -8 for the year in turnover margin. Against 3 other FBS schools this year not including FIU Charlotte has combined for 14 points in 3 games. There is also the revenge factor as Charlotte beat Marshall at Marshall last year. Marshall played NC State very tough in Week 2, and we see what kind of team they are turning in to.

Good info Brent. Will definitely look closer at Marshall. Will see how the early games go. Trying to exercise more patience like you! brother and keep up the great work! Much appreciated

A few thoughts... you know I love Georgia, but backing them for the 2nd week in a row on the road is tough, plus laying over 17 doesn't feel right for some reason. Had Vandy not looked capable last week against Florida I might feel differently.
ULM/Texas St... the Over is soooo tempting, but not sure how much you're gonna get from Texas St. Their best offensive output was 20 points against a FCS team. Still a possibility for me
Like Auburn to beat up Ole Miss, but I still don't trust them.
Oregon St... USC's injury list is ridiculous, but can you trust the Beavers to get any offense going?
Western Kentucky should roll UTEP, but their offense has been underwhelming this year. UTEP may get a bump from a new head coach for this week, or they could continue being the trainwreck that they have been all season.
Alabama could cover the Over by themselves... another one on the short list.
UTSA will win... just not comfortable at that number. Southern Miss isn't that bad while UTSA has had a few easy weeks.

Already a 30+ point 1st quarter ULM/Texas St.... be ready for a 2nd half Over play. Oddsmakers short-changed the 2H total last week on the ULM/CC game.

Do you have any opinions on the COLO ST/UTAH ST game side ?
thanks for your postings and BOL today !
If I was forced to pick a side, Colorado State. They've been tested at least. Utah State's numbers are skewed by some really bad competition. USU has forced 12 turnovers the last 2 games, but against probably the 2 worst teams in FBS. Good luck with the Rams if you take them
