Agreed... The qbs today besides Mariota are way overrated. Prescott can't do anything if Zeke can't and the same goes for Carr. I think Mariota and Cousins are the only two top up and comers right now

The NFL product is so bad nowadays, it's almost indescribable. I think the problem is that the whole thing and everything that goes with it has become worth way too much money. It's such a windfall for anyone that is able to grab a piece of the pie for any amount of time that they play it ultra-safe and conservative, take no risks, and zero deviation from "the standard norm", in order to prolong that (in most cases) short window that they can be associated with making all that money. Nobody plays to win, they play to not lose or even worse to tie.
That 1st half was the perfect example...Arizona should have run them out of the building the way that game started. But as soon as you get up it becomes about not losing, and inevitably the other team is always allowed back in. In most cases I think all these coaches and decision-makers really want every game to come down to a coin-flip.
Falcons/Lions game yesterday...Atlanta had a 4th and 1 around midfield, I think just after the 2 minute warning. Detroit no timeouts, couldn't have stopped the clock, and you're telling me one of, if not the best, most versatile offense in the league isn't going to just end the game right then and there...like WHAT?!? Punt it away and 2 throws later Detroit is right back to where Atlanta had the ball. Was that a worthwhile decision? I had money on the Falcons ML so I ended up winning but there was nothing more frustrating to watch and nobody needs to tell me because I know how absolutely dumb-sh*t lucky I got.
If I didn't bet or have a fantasy team in a league with friends I really don't know a worse way you could spend 3.5-4 hours of your time than watching this.

If it wasnt for gambling or fantasy or survivor pools the nfl would be in huge trouble right now given all the off the field drama associated with the league.
no doubt they seem to have forgotten about their fan base....
vast majority of fans in the stadium are white guys, proabably 2 to 1 trump voters in the general
