Yes, these Donkeys are not a bad football team but let me tell you, they are not a good football team either.
The defense is predictably good but they are not getting the big scores they got last year to win so many games. Brady has 2 Int ALL YEAR, doubt he turns it over 3 times against us, again, maybe he does but it would be a surprise. Brady knows we cannot score, he will feel no pressure to score either.
Our offense is abysmal. We cannot run it and we cannot throw it. The Offensive Line, as Suuma argued early in the year, is the worst in the league. I stood up for them and felt they would blend into a decent cohesive unit but they cannot block an ant. This offensive line is , well, offensive.
An overlooked fact of the Donkeys and many teams in the league is special teams. Ours this year have been simply terrible. The only redeeming hope we have here is the Pats have had some issues too.
I know Tom is 2-7 in his last 9 games here but really, who gives a flying F%$&. This is a new Doneky team and the Patriots have a new squad. We can stop the pass but teams have run it right down our throats all year and we are helpless to stop it. Look for Blount to have a really, really big day. If we stuff the box, I am sure Brady will be able to do something with single coverage??
This is a proud team and a great franchise but only the Patriots can win every year.
Did you know, after the game last week, DT exchanged jerseys with Harry Douglas. Not a big deal but Douglas had cut Chris Harris earlier in the game and almost ended Harris' season with a very cheap shot right at the knee. Aqib Talib was so incensed he went after Douglas on the field and was given an unsportsmanlike penalty.
This defense has predictably carried this team this year. Not sure how they feel about DT doing that but it could play a role this week, it could.

Patriots are superior in many categories, defense, offense, QB rating and... so on. They have revenge incentive from the loss of last year's AFC Championship in Mile High. I like Pats spread here, CD.

Can they run the ball is the question? If they can run then they have a shot, New England run D is garbage
You should try and refrain from make stupid comments that aren't even close to being true. The Patriots give up 90.2 yards per game which is tied for 5th in the NFL but don't let facts get in the way of your statements

When was the last time that a rookie QB outdueled Tom Brady??? Has it ever happened? Of course there are more parts to a team than the QB position.
I just recalled that Ben Roethlisberger in his rookie year (2004) beat the Brady led Patriots in the regular season but the Pats got their revenge in the post season. Not sure if it has ever happened again...

i think New England comes in with the overall better D. although Denver secondary is still elite over New England's
can the o-line protect Siemian? is the question. if the answer is no, new england wins.
there ya go, 4 sacks.
Siemian doesnt get much time to throw. and turnovers killed them. and speaking of the Denver secondary and O-line were getting into it in the locker room after the Pats game. you mentioning DT exchanging jerseys with Douglas after that incident to Chris Harris just brought that to mind. Denver defense might just stop trying if the offense cant get anything going. next week is going to get nasty in Arrowhead. revenge game for the Broncos but i dont know if they'll get it...
