Ok, I am going to give this a shot this year with the hopes of giving back and making some $$. I am going to combine a few different ideas. The 1st being from research my friends and I did with chasing unders against those teams that have had numerous overs in a row. The 2nd and 3rd is from what I learned from the great gaming minds of McShady, Semper and Angle when it comes to dogs and specific series sets (road trips, home stands, etc).
Please do this at your own risk. There is no locks and in order to limit losses I am going to stop some chases after a few games to minimizes losses. I have already come to terms with the fact that losses will happen, it is the nature of the business. Just like losses will occur in investing in stocks, this is similar. The goal is to limit the losses.
I would also strongly advise to start off small. Going to start with trying to win $20 on each bet. I look at it this way, if after a week there are 5 wins, that is $100. Do that for 4 weeks, its a car, DirectTV and possible cell phone payment.
Hope this weeks and I hope I can give back to all those that helped me over the years with their plays.

Just a thought. The Boston series since 1996 is 25-14 going over ATS and 9-2 over ATS the last 3 seasons.
Thanks for the insight. I noticed that too. The reason why I went with it was that a lot of those lines were set at 180 or below. I think, and I could be wrong, that there is some value on the number at 186. Plus with it being opening night and all, I think the line is inflated a bit with the public more likely to play the over.
Please keep the thoughts coming, not only you but anyone else that reads this.

I think your right about value being on a number of 186. Plus I also believe public peception sways to betting overs.

Hopefully we can do the same good work as we did on the other side in MLB!
How about a 3 game champs fade.
Indeed, lets hope. Yeah I like that too from Angle but I was trying to limit my posted plays. If they cover tonight (which I hope they don't because I have Bos in a non-posted play) then I will definitely put them as a fade on here their next game. Good luck

Tomorrow will be another Game B with Washington. If tonight's game hits I will start another chase for the weekend. Trying to stay disciplined. As I learned from McShady & Semper this summer in baseball, its about making $$ not gambling for the sake of gambling. Good luck to all
