Have to go with the better Defense here. C Fl will grind the ball out and Houston won't see much of it on Offense. Houston Defense will be on the field a lot in this game. They can't stop the run and that is what C Fl is all about running .. CFL -3.5 (big)

Central Florida has been a horse worth riding all year. Every year there are 2-4 teams in the NCAA that rack up an ATS record like this. Find these teams by mid season and ride them the rest of the way. 7-1 ATS is worth the bet here. Especially as a mild favorite against a finesse team like Houston with a backup QB. I'll take that defense and a bunch of kids that got passed over by the other three Florida teams.

UH is really not a finesse team this yr. In fact, UH has more rushing yards than UCF this yr. Coogs are controlling the line of scrimmage much more effectively than previous years.

Agree with you Irisheyez. C. Florida is 7-1 ATS and I'm gonna ride them too until they go down.
Phancard is also right. C. Florida is a run based team and Houston can't stop the run at all but C. Florida can so Houston will most likely be one track minded with the pass.
If C. Florida just runs, they'll be holding onto the ball longer than Houston so they won't get as many chances to pass the ball as much. I'm liking C. Florida on this one with a low spread. They'll easily cover the -2.5.

Hey everyone, first time poster but I've been on here for a good amount of time. I agree with all of you in the fact that central florida is the much better team and their rushing attack is superb. I smell a Houston upset here however. The sharps see something that we are clearly missing. Scoresandodds.com has 84% of the public on the central florida side yet the line is continuously dropping. I like the Houston play here and I've done extremely well this year on reverse line movements.

The line is a little low yes but this game reminds me of the hawaii utah st game a few weeks ago, I got burned taking utahst thinking the 3.5 line was too low. Hous is underachieving for the year and i thin the line is inflated due to their cusa conf record. Cen Fla flat out crushes folks. This is their year. Hou has not beat a decent team outside of smu. Cfla played tougher people and played em well. CFU and OV for the Large!

E-CAR, RICE, MARSHALL, UAB ? Do you really consider these teams tougher opponents or tough at all? Just wonderin.
This will be a shoot out. CF is ranked in the top 10 "D" but still allowed E-Carolina score 35 points. Houston is a high scoring offense and they use the run to set up their air assault. Pilland seems to have found a groove in his passing game spreading the ball around. Houston is by far the best offense UCF has faced yet.

Definitely not those you mentioned. I consider ECU sorta good at least due to their ability to score. Mainly CFL hanging with Kst and ncstate compared to hous and ucla and miss st breaking them off some. This is Not an easy game to fool with. I feel that CFL should put some good pressure on hou and disrupt their flow.

Houston coming off 2 straight up wins seems to have righted the ship just in time to pull off the upset. It's a big time risk going against a team that's on a 6 game ATS winning streak. Cougar's are going to have to bring their AAA game.

I follow my Coogs closely, and after Miss ST snapped out 17 gm home win streak, I think my guys will be ready to start another one. Should be a great game for ESPN.

Checked out the last game these 2 teams played and saw who were the key players for both teams. One guy stoodout for UCF and that is RB Brynn Harvey (Junior). He scored 3 TD's and ran for 139 yards in that game. He will not be playing in this match up tomorrow against the Cougars.
On the Houston side, Case Keenum was outstanding fin that game and spread the ball. He too will be missing the game and the rest of the season due to a season ending injury. Wide ReceiverTyron Carrier was a factor in that game as well with 2 TD's and had a 149 yards. He is expected to play butr not a 100%.
QB Pilland has gotten used to this offensive scheme of the Houston Cougars and will be looking at the key mismatches between WR's and CB's. Houston WR has about 4-5 inches in height over the starting CB's of UCF. James Cleveland, a senior transfer from Iowa is 6'2 and 205lbs. will see a lot of action.
Yes UCF has a top 10 defense but Houston is ranked #15 in offense paired with a descent Defense ranked in the 30's.. Since they got their players back from suspension, Houston Cougars have been on a roll. Last 3 meetings, hometeam won SU.
